Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cess pits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.

Clearance of mulba, dumped material, unhygienic waste, earth vegetation etc. by engagement of mannual/mechnical transport and disposal of the same beyond municipal limits including excavation loading/unloading complete job.

Providing and laying on level dry stone soling hand packed in trenches of foundations including dressing ramming all carriages T&P complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement;4 Coarse sand; 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed) including all carriages from approved source to site of work T&P complete job

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluidng the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement; 2 coarse sand; 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crushed) including all carriages from apporved source to site of work T&P complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, proping etc and removal of form work for foundations, footings bases of coloumns etc

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement; 2 Coarse sand; 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but execuliding the cost of nosing of steps etc ecomplete job 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate crushed including all carriages of materials from approved source to site of work

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cements; 4 coarse sand) including all carriages of materials from approved source to site of work complete job.

Providing and lying of RCC pipes 450mm dia NP2 class as per requried grade and level including earth work excavation and refilling with the required material to make the surface to its original shape including cost and carriage of all materials and disposal of surplus excavated material as directed

Supplying, stacking and laying graded stone aggregate (90-45) mm size broken guarry and binding maerial (moorum) as per requried specifications including sorting, spreading to templete, waering and consolidation to requried gradient and camber with (8-10) tonne road roller including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work T&P all inclusive complete job (Finished work to be measured for payment)

Suppling, stacking at site graded stone aggregate (63-45)mm size broken quarry, stone screening 13.2mm type B binding material and laying to W&M specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibritory roller (8-10) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requsite type of screening (13.2mm size type-A) and binding material (moorum) to fill up interstias of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density as per MORTH specifications including cost and carriage of all materilas from approved source to site of work, T&P all inclusive complete job. (Finished work to be measured for payment)

Supplying, stacking at site graded stone aggregate (53-22.4) mm size crushed quarry, stone screening 11.2 size, binding material and laying to W&M specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade, camber and alignment applying and brooming requisite type of screening (11.2mm size typeB) and binding material (moorum) to fill intersitcs of coarse aggregate, watering and compaciting to required density as per MORTH specifications including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work T&P all inclusive complete job (finished work to be measured for payment)

Providing and laying polished granite stone flooring in requried design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per architectural drawings with 18mm thick slab over 20mm (avarage) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and poininting with white cment slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing curing and polishing etc all compete as specified and as directed by the Engineer incharge, polished granite stone slab jet black, chaerry red elite brown, cat eye or equivalant including all carriage complete job

Taking out existing door shutter, remodling, repairs, by cutting etc painting and refixing shutter to existing door with requried accessrries including repairs of frame complete job.

Raising of existing man hole covers by a height of 1 feet by cement concrete or brick work including finishing etc all inclusive including cost and carriage of materials complete job (appoximate size 2'x2')

Refixing of old glass panes with putty and nails including beading all incluseive complete job
