Supply install test and commissiong of centrifugal pump set , electric driven complete with all accessories suitable for pumping water 285 LPM discharge at 50 m head coupled with suitable size of electric motor AC 3 phase ,50Hz including supply and fixing the items, such as , necessary connection from starter to motor terminal using proper size of copper cable including ,connection of suction pipe from pump to foot valve, delivery pipe connected to the raising mains of the over head rservoir by means of suitable joints painting the suction and delivery pipe with super enamel paint over a coat of primer as per standared code of colour including MS base plate complete complete all as specified and directed .Note : (i) Suction and delivery pipes shall be measured and paid under appropriate items ( main water supply pump for building) Note (ii ) Energy Efficient Motors-Motors shall comply with following:-

(a). All permanently wired poly phase motors of 0.375kW or more serving the building and expected to operate more than 1500 hours per year and all permanently wired poly phase motors of 50kW or more serving the building and expected to operate more than 500 hours per year shall have a minimum acceptable nominal full load motor efficiency not less than IS 12615 for energy efficient motors (b). Motors of horsepower differing from those listed in the table shall have efficiency greater than that of the next listed kW motor 0.64% (c). Motor horse power rating shall not exceed 20% of the calculated maximum load being served (d) Motor nameplate shall list the nominal full- load motor efficiencies and the full load power factor (e). Motor users should insist on proper rewinding practices for any rewound motors. If the proper rewinding practice can not be assured, the damaged motor should be replaced with a new, efficient one rather than suffer the significant efficiency penalty associated with typical rewind practices

(f). Certificates shall be obtained and kept on record indicating the motor efficiency. Whenever a motor is rewound, Appropriate measures shall be taken so that the core characteristics of the motor is not lost due to thermal and mechanical stress during removal of damaged parts after rewinding a new efficiency test shall be performed and a similar record shall be maintained

Note : Energy Efficient Motors-Motors shall comply with the following :-

(a) All permanently wired poly phase motors of 0.375kW or more serving the building and expected to operate more than 1500 hours per year and all permanently wired poly phase motors of 50kW or more serving the building and expected to operate more than 500 hours per year shall have a minimum acceptable nominal full load motor efficiency not less than IS 12615 for energy efficient motors (b) Motors of horsepower differing from those listed in the table shall have efficiency greater than that of the next listed kW motor 0.64% (c) Motor horse power rating shall not exceed 20% of the calculated maximum load being served, (d) Motor nameplate shall list the nominal full- load motor efficiencies and the full load power factor (e) Motor users should insist on proper rewinding practices for any rewound motors. If the proper rewinding practice can not be assured, the damaged motor should be replaced with a new, efficient one rather than suffer the significant efficiency penalty associated with typical rewind practices (f) Certificates shall be obtained and kept on record indicating the motor efficiency. Whenever a motor is rewound, Appropriate measures shall be taken so that the core characteristics of the motor is not lost due to thermal and mechanical stress during removal of damaged parts after rewinding a new efficiency test shall be performed and a similar record shall be maintained

SOLAR ENERGY

Supply, Installation, Errection, Testing and Commissioning of Grid Connected Solar PV Plant of 6 KWp capacity with Solar PV (make : Sharp/ Conadian Solar/ TATA BP Solar) modules, tool kit and mounting structure with fasteners, nuts, bolts alongwith foundation design as per manufacturer's instructions subject to approval of GE with following features complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) Solar PV Module of Crystalline-Si (Poly/Multi) solar technology shall have effeciency 15%. (b) The PV Modules shall be with minimum rated power of module not less than 300 Wp certified for solar PV module power performance tested as per IEC 61215 (Design qualification and type approval for Crystalline Si modules) and IEC 61730 (PV module safety qualification testing @ 1000 V DC or higher) and capable of generating 6 Kwp together in Array arrangement as required. (c) Photovoltaic modules shall carry a performance warranty of >90% during the first 10 years, >80% during the consecutive 15 years and module cell shall have performance warranty of >97.5% during the first year of installation. (d) The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an Inverter shall be less than 2%. (e) The SPV module shall be made up of high transmitivity glass & front surface shall have high encapsulation gain and the module shall consists of impact resistance, low iron and high transmission toughened glass. (f) The module frame shall be made of high strength aluminium alloy or Galvanized steel section as per manufacturer's instruction's (non corrosion material), which shall be compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules with sufficient numbers of grounding/installation. (g) All material used for manufacturing solar PV module shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external applications. It shall perform satisfactorily with temperature between (-)40° C to (+) 85° C and shall withstand adverse climatic conditions, such as high speed wind, blow with dust, sand particles, saline climatic / soil condtions and for wind speed 180 Km/hr on the surface of the panel.

(h) Each Array junction Box shall have suitable Reverse Blocking Diodes/Fuses of maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V with suitable arrangement for its connecting. (j) The terminals shall be connected to copper bus-bar arrangement. The junction boxes shall have suitable cable entry points fitted with cable glands. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall also be deemed to include of all installation and fixtures for solar panel, foundation, mounting structures, fixing fastners, nuts, bolts as required as per manufacture's instructions and as directed by GE. (ii) The solar PV plant shall be installed at roof as directed by GE. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning Solar Grid Tie Inverter minimum 7 kW-capacity, 3 phase, AC operated (Make : SCHNEIDER/ABB/SIEMENS/DELTA) with following features complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) The inverters shall include the system for initialisation from the sleep mode and it shall be ensured that suffcient sunlight in the morning is available to provide adequate power to inverter so that it shall start up from the over night sleep mode and the Utilty Grid is available. The inverter shall be programmed to a logic and a pre-set window of existing Grid voltage and start evacuating due to any reason,the inverter shall come to idle mode till the Grid comes back again. (b) Even during the power evacuation, if the sunlight falls below the desired limit due to clouds etc, the inverter shall also stop working, although the Grid is available, till it starts getting the desired solar power required to power the inverter itself. As soon as it attains the power evacuation stops and only inverter keeps running till the power drops further low due to decreasing sunlight in the evening, resulting in the inverter going to sleep mode to initialize again automatically the next morning. The operator must competent to carry out the minor maint as all dierected .(TOTA number of operators required per day are 02 nos.) (b) Contractor shall pay the wages to the employees through e-payment i.e Adhaar linked Bank accounts (credit to their bank account). Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that e-payment made to employees and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more . Monthly e-banking statement shall be firnished by the contractor to the Engr-in-charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified. (c) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by Ministry of labour for all operator / helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge for verification & record. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of above provision . In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF , the same shall be recovered from his dues as per the prevailing scale plus 15 percent. (d) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair / maintenance & should have well experience in lift installation as applicable.
