M & L for 15-18mm thick machine cut kota stone slab laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cm 1:6 as in flooring & riser and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade, rubbing and polishing shade & design as approved by EIC/GE, incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic any coloiured/printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by GE,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles,over15 mm thick rendering as screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in floors, shade & design as approved by EIC/GE, incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtrs mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.
