Roughening old surfaces of concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to clean the surface and applying neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate of average thickness 50mm as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing surface complete all specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron High Molecular-High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi-polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen applied evenly @ 1.60 litre/ Sqm over one coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus shall be minimum 15cm seam in width and lengthwise all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of APP membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre/ Sqm in each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and joints pointing in cement mortar (1:3) as separate operation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 10.00 above but except tiles (old serviceable tiles obtained from dismantling vide item No. 2.00 above shall be re-used after necessary cleaning).

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and in any position and removal of debries outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under:- (a) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating on dried surface free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (i) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR/ FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex/ Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with powder grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure. (b) Dampen all surface immediately ahead of application of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (c) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD) apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ whilst of the first coat is wet. (d) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP whilist the first coat is wet. (e) Once touch dry, apply second coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer ins on the entire area. (f) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (g) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 450mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (h) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (min 6-8 hrs drying) for a min of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(j) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be a applied on the walls. (k) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (l) Providing and applying a protection screed 50mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with SIKA plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. (m) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (n) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansion zone in the centre of make seal tape SIKA/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP. (o) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (p) Water proofing treatment has to be carried out through authorised applicators. (q) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant.

(r) All traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC (1:1½:3) (min 15cm) alround. (s) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified. (t) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600mmlong) including cutting hole in existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (u) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as sin flooring for laying floor finishes all as specified. Notes :- (i) Item No. (s), (t) and (u) shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Plan area (wall to wall/ wall to beam/ beam to beam) shall be measured and paid. No separate measurement for vertical surface shall be accounted and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to receive the top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450mm to 600mm long) including cutting hole in existing wall and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of any description including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) other than fair surface and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on brick or concrete surface of walls, finished even and fair for height upto 12m complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface of walls/ concrete surface and applying Two coats of 100% premium quality acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frame for doors with one or more rebate made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet including necessary fixing lugs, 8 Nos mild steel medium weight hinges, lock strike plate etc. of size 125mm x 60mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening all as per manufacturer's instructions and as per specifications and relevant drawing to item No. 8095 of SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as specified and as directed.
