The transformer shall be IS 1180-2014 latest marked and shall comprise of the following :-
(a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nut and washers (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) and one on HT side (Primary Side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable glands suitable for XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joint and jointing material complete (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate for fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body. (j) Including new and unused transformer oil to the desired level of dielectric strength 52 KV confirming to relevant IS. (k) Lifting hooks on both side of the transformer body. (a) Copper bus bar of 400 Amps mounted on PVC insulators - 4 strips (b) Phase indicating lamps ( RYB)- 3 Nos (c ) Multifunction meter for measuring ampere,voltage, frequency etc complete - 1 No (d ) MCCB 250 Amps 35 KA 4 pole 50 HZ , Adjustable thermal and magnatic release - 1 No.(ICS=100% of ICU) for Incomming (e ) MCCB 160 Amps 25 KA 4 pole 50 HZ , Adjustable thermal and magnatic release - 2 No.(ICS=100% of ICU) for O/G (f ) MCCB 63 Amps 25 KA 4 pole 50 HZ , Adjustable thermal and magnatic release -1 No.(ICS=100% of ICU) for O/G Note:- Including necessary PCC foundation of size not more than 2 mtr length and 0.9 mtr width and 0.75 mtrs above ground level or as per the OEM GA drawing of foundation for installation/erection of RMU in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 shall be included in the quoted rate.
