Labour charges for cleaning the surface of trestle column, angles, main hoist beam, cheq. plates, railings,gearbox and central drive frame, line shaft & supports etc. of 6 nos. under sluice, 4 nos. pocket sluice of Mundali Main Weir and 4 nos. HR gate of PMC and gantry crane as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Labour only).

Labour charges for priming one coat of 40 micron thick with any approved primer (Epilux 610 primer Redoxide) to exterior surface of the trestle structure, hoist bridge, platform, ladder, railing, walkway etc. including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufacturer and direction of the Engineer-in-charge( Labour only)

Labour charges for painting 1st coat of 100 micron with any approved Alluminium paint to the Surface area for walkway & Railing, trestle structure, Hoist bridge, gear box, central drive etc. & enamel paint for bay marking component including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufactures and direction of the Engineer-in-charge( Labour only)

Labour charges for painting 2nd coat of 100 micron with any approved Alluminium paint to the Surface area for walkway & Railing, trestle structure, Hoist bridge, gear box, central drive etc. & enamel paint for bay marking component including scaffolding above 4.60 mtr to any height as per specification of paint manufactures and direction of the Engineer-in-charge( Labour only)

Supply Cost of approved primer, paints & thinner for priming one coat of 40 micron thick with any approved primer (Epilux 610 primer Redoxide), for painting 1st coat & 2nd coat of 100 micron each with any approved paint (enamel paint & alluminium paint) etc as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Hire Charges for Jhulla, Pulley, Manila rope, Plastic rope, Tin Bucket, Safety belt, Helmet, Safety Shoes, Hand gloves

Supply cost of structural steel materials for replacement of chq. plate of Hoist platform including 5% wastage material complete in all respects with all leads and lifts for smooth operation as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.
