The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnoverof [V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V = Advertised value of the tenderin crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion ofwork for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractualturnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractualpayments" in the previous three financial years, as per the auditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year isyet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourthprevious year shall be considered for calculating average annualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information asper Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from CharteredAccountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
Experience in similar nature of work:- a) The tenderer must havesuccessfully completed any of the following during last 07(seven) years,ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited:Three similar nature of works each costing not less than the amountequal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, or Two similar natureof works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of theadvertised value of the tender, or One similar nature of work eachcosting not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value ofthe tender. (b) (i) In case of tenders for composite works (e.g. worksinvolving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineeringworks, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. And in the case ofmajor bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), the tenderer musthave successfully completed any of the following during last 07 (seven)years, ending the last day of the month previous to the one in whichtender is invited: Three similar nature of works each costing not lessthan the an amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of eachcomponent of the tender, or Two similar nature of works each costing notless than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of eachcomponent of tender, or One similar nature of work each costing not lessthan the amount equal to 60 % of the advertised value of eachcomponent of the tender. Note for b(i): Separate completed works ofminimum required values for each component shall also be consideredfor fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria. (b) (ii) In such cases, whatconstitutes a component in a composite work shall be clearly predefinedwith estimated tender cost of it, as part of the tender documents withoutany ambiguity. (b) (iii) To evaluate the technical eligibility of thetenderer, only components of work as stipulated in tender documents forevaluation of technical eligibility shall be considered. The scope of workcovered in other remaining components shall be either executed by thetenderer himself if he has work experience as mentioned in clause 7 (a)(ii) of Part-II of GCC or through subcontractor fulfilling the requirementsas per clause 7 of Part-II of GCC or jointly i.e., partly himself andremaining through subcontractor, with prior approval of Chief Engineerin writing. However, if required in tender documents by way of SpecialConditions, a formal agreement duly notarised, legally enforceable in thecourt of law, shall be executed by the main contractor with thesubcontractor for the component(s) of work proposed to be executed bythe subcontractor(s), and shall be submitted along with the offer forconsidering subletting of that scope of work towards fulfillment oftechnical eligibility. In case after the award of the contract or during theexecution of work it becomes necessary for the contractor to changesubcontractor, the same shall be done with subcontractor(s) fulfilling therequirements as per clause 7 of Part-II of GCC, with prior approval of theChief Engineer in writing.

Tenderer must have to submit valid Electrical Contractor licenseas per Indian Electricity Rules for the respective category ofworks issued by Government Electrical License Board on orbefore the closing date of tender. Copy of the electricalcontractor license should be submitted along with the tenderoffer, otherwise, the tender will be summarily rejected.
