SPL REPAIR TO REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE AND ALLIED WORK FROM ARO COMPLEX TO OFFR S MARRIED ACCN AT MUZAFFARPUR UNDER GE DANAPUR

Amount

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm thick after punning.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 150 Sqmm nominal cross section x 3.5 core complete all as specifed and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, brick protection, sand cushioning etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' .

M & L for Earthing to FPB/Junction box with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES Schedule pt-I 1991, GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20 mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing pole mounted SMC junction box/bus bar chamber for loop IN/OUT connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm high heat distoration temperature, non-fusing , shockproff, rustproof, 100 % weatherproof, fire retardant- class FV-O as per IS 11731 Part-II and suitable locking arragement with three phase and neutral aluminium busbar of size 20X3 mm of length 170 mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex , Cat No: GSJB3020 or equivalent model of Hensel/Rittel.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection pedestal type junction box of size 900mmX600mmX400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25X25X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25X5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of size 0.80m X 0.6m X 0.90m depth (0.30m below ground level and 0.60m above ground level ) and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item. (a) Alluminium bus bar of size 50 mm X 6 mm X 400mm long wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. (b) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT Panel Board factory made CPRI approved panel, weather, dust & vermin proof outdoor cubical compartmental type, double door of size 1500mmX1200mmX500mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm size supporting frame and MC 75 channel base with front and back side openable, with providing rubber/PVC gasket of suitable size all sides of door, with copper busbar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves with maintained the colour code and copper strip busbar of suitable rating to MCCB input and MCCB output of suitable length, including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of size of suitable size (0.30m below ground level and 0.30m above ground level ) and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item.
