PART - A (Pumping Machinery)

Suply, delivery at site and storage of axially split casing centrifugal pump with base plate, flexible coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolt etc. for Clear Water having the following specification and as detailed in the NIT. Capacity : 426m3/hr. Total Head : 124MWC Liquid to be handled : Clear Water No. of Stage : One Rated Speed (RPM) : 1500(Syn) Material of Construction of Pump Casing : WCB Impeller : BRONZE LTB2 Neck Ring : LTB5 Shaft : SS410 Shaft Sleeve : SS410

Suply, delivery at site and storage of 225KW, IE3 energy efficient 1500 rpm, AC, 3 Phase, 50Hz+/-5%, 415V+/-10%, Class-F insulation with temperature rise limited to Class-B insulation, Amb. Temperature 50 Degree C, IP-55, S-1 duty, Horizontal Foot Mounted Motor having the following specification and as detailed in the NIT.

Supply and delivery at storage Horizontal centrifugal vacuum pump set vacuum mm of HG 100 to 600 intake rate 65 to 8 m3hr suction and delivery 40mm x 40mm MOC Rotor-stainless steel, delivery casing- CI, shaft-Carbon Steel, sealing- gland packed with coupled 5H.P, IE-3 Horizontal Motor 1500RPM Syn fitted with Common Base Channel with complete set as per NIT specification.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of Submersible Centrufugal Dewatering Pump set complete with control panel and level probes as detailed with NIT and having the following duty conditions. Capacity : 20 m3/hr. Total Head : 14 MLC

Suply, delivery at site and storage of CIDF Manually Operated Sluice Valve with rising spindle, PN 1.0 rating as per IS:14846/2000 for pump suction line having the following specification and as detailed in the NIT.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of fabricated steel, double flanged electric actuator operated butterfly valve with inbuilt starter / manual gear operated butterfly valve of PN-1.6 rating as per IS:13095/BS-5155 with SS-304 body seat and disc seat of nitrile rubber for Clear Water having the following specification and as detailed in the NIT. The actuator valves should be SCADA compatible.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of CIDF non-return valve as per IS:5312 (Part-I) & Flange drilled IS : 1538/93 PN-1.6 rating having the following specification and as detailed in the NIT.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of MS Pipes, Flanges, Bends, Tees, fittings as per relevant IS. Standard and as described in the Part-I of NIT and suitable for PN-1.0 rating for individual suction, delivery and common header for Pumps.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site 40 mm dia, G.I Pipes (medium duty), Bends, sockets, Tees,fittings, and other specials,gasketsetc. As reqd. to make the piping arrangement of vacuum pump complete in all respect as per NIT. (For priming arrangement).

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site Suitable dia, G.S Pipes Bends, sockets, Tees, union fittings, and other specials, gasketsetc as per IS 1239 part-II. As reqd. to make the piping arrangement of Submersible dewatering pumping system complete in all respect as per NIT

Suply, delivery at site and storage of MS Dismantling Joints of PN1.0/1.6 rating for the following :

Suply, delivery at site and storage of Pressure Gauge & Compound Gauge with siphone tube, impulse pipe, three way cock etc. as follows :

Pressure Gauge, Range - 0-16 KSCG

Compound Gauge Range (-) 1.0 to (+) 1.0 KSCG

Suply, delivery at site and storage of one no. 5 MT capacity HOT Crane with MS girders & rail having travel of about 26.5M, lift of 8.0M, span of about 8.0M. Girder to be supported on the RCC Bracket of the room with maximum span of 5.0M.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of electromagnetic flow meter with separate transmitter, 20M interconnecting cable for measuring flow of clear water. Flow sensing element shall have IP68 degree of protection. Flow meter shall be operated at 220V and shall have flow rate and flow totalisation and should be SCADA compatible.

DN300mm PN1.6 rating.

Ultrasonic type continuous level measuring unit ( Radar Type) with provision of 4-20mA analogue signal, indicator & recorder for continuous level monitoring as well as relay output for sensing high, low, low-low level in suction sump in clear water reservoir (6m max. depth). The indicator should be SCADA Compatible.

Suply, delivery and storage at site 2mm thick sheet steel enclosed floor mounted PDB cum MCC panel with IP54 degree of protection comprising 2 nos 4 pole extended drawout type 2500A incomer, 2500A bus coupler , sleeved aluminium busbars of 2500 A capacity and 225KW outgoing ATS (5W+1S) for five nos clear water pumping machinery a alongwith actuator feeders, 2 nos. 420KVAR APFC etc. Compartmentalised non draw out construction SCADA compatible epoxy based painting with powder coating method as detailed in the NIT specification.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosed IP54 LPBS for clear water pump motors with one start button and lockable red stop push button mounted on doors, wall mounting bracket, earthing terminal etc. as detailed in the NIT specification.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of following XLPE insulated Al. Ar. 1.1KV grade cables.

1.1KV grade 3C, 240 sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable from MCC Panel to 110KW Clear Water Motor (2 length per motor x 5 Nos. Motor)

1.1KV grade 4C, 16sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable for lighting, ventilation etc. (1 length per feeder)

1.1KV grade 4C, 10sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable for battery charger, valve actuator, Sump Pump etc.

1.1KV grade 2C, 6sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable for various single phase power supply including valve actuator LPBS.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of electrical equipments for internal lighting, internal wiring, outdoor lighting for the pump house conforming details as specified in NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart, first aid box complete as detailed in NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade multicore , PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm stranded copper conductor ar.control cable for valve actuator to LPB, MCC to LPB etc.

PART - B (Sub-Station Equipments)

Supply, delivery and storage at site floor mounted, sheet steel enclosed , three panel, 12 KV, 800 A, 3 pole draw out type , Scada competible VCB complete with DC Power pack arrangement and all accessories as per NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 11/0.433KV, 3 Phase, 1600 KVA , 50 Hz, Dyn 11, ONAN, Indoor type, copper wound , Transformer manufactured as per IS : 1180 Level II with OLTC having input voltage variation of +10% to -20% with all accessories in complicance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted, 415V, Scada competible, Power Disctribution Board having 2 nos 2500 A four pole extended drawout type ACB as incomer, One 2500 A ACB as Bus coupler, 2 Nos 2500 A four pole ACB as outgoing feeders to pumping Station, 2 nos four pole 100 A MCCB and 4 nos. 63 A four pole MCCB for feeding different units complete with all components in compliance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 11KV (E) grade 3C 240sq.mm XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor Armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 Part-II from Power Supply Agency Panel Board to Incoming HT Panel and from outgoing HT Panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 415V AC, 50Hz., 3 Phase and Neutral 2500A Bus Duct with Electrolytic grade Aluminium Flat Bars in Sheet Steel enclosure alongwith fixing brackets and accessories from transformer secondary terminal to incomer ACBs of 415V PDB in compliance with the attached technical specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated Ar. Al conductor cables of following sizes.

3.5C, 400 sq.mm from PDB outgoing ( 2 NOS) at Substation to 2 Nos 2500A Incomer ACB of PDB cum MCC panel at Clear Water Pump House ( 4 parallel run)

3.5C, 25 sq.mm for feeding power to Chlorination Room with Neutralisation System.

2C, 6sq.mm for single phase AC & DC supply & instrumentation and supply at HT Panels etc.

4C, 16 sq.mm for Lighting, ventilation and battery charger, OLTC et.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade multicore PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm stardard copper conductor armoured control cable.

Supply, delivery and storage at site Indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 core, 240 sqmm 11KV(E) grade XLPE cable.

Supply, delivery and storage at site safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box as per satisfaction of EIC as detailed in NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site complete set of exhaust fan with motor & louver shutter, indoor and peripherial illumination accessories with LDB, switch boxes, conduits & wires in compliance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of vacuum operated gaseous Chlorination system of capacity 0-4 kg/hr along with all equipment, instrument and accessories pipes etc. as per technical specification given in NIT.

Suply, delivery at site and storage of Neutralization Pit with FRP Cover and lining as per detailed specification in NIT.

Part- C (Pumping Machinery)

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, valve supports etc. as required for installation of Pumping Machinery including making cable jointing, cable supports & clamps etc. including laying of LT cables through GI rack/tray , earthing & lightning protection as per IE Rules, complete indoor & outdoor lighting installation work with all internal & external wiring to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification including termination cables in PDB cum MCC panel. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of earthing & lightning protection materials conforming to NIT Specification.

Construction of RCC Pit of suitable size with manhole / removal cover for installation on common delivery header, flow meter, valve with DM Joint as applicable including supply of all materials, labour, shuttering, excavation, back filling complete.

Providing GI Rack / Tray for laying of LT Cable inside the Pump House in compliance with NIT Specification.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation with electrical equipments including the cost of relevant testing of pump, motor, valves, PDB cum MCC, cables, earthing etc. as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification.

Operation & maintenance of the above installation in pumping station and related panels & chlorination equipment on 24 hours basis including guarding for a period of 15 months are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be provided by the concerned agency. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Deptt.

Part-D (Sub-Station)

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-B including supply of all erection materials, cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cable supports and clamps etc. including of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack / Tray, earthing and lightning protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

Providing earthing and lightning protection for sub station installation as per IE rules and as per technical specification NIT.

Providing perforated Hot Galvanised Iron Cable tray ( Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% for laying of HT and LT cables inside the Sub-Station on 5 " M.S. channel , base plate and MS Angle.

Providing curb angle and removable chequered plate with thickness 10 mm over the open portion of the cable trench of substation after installation of the equipment in compliance with NIT specification and as per direction of EIC with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate.

High pressure testing of the substation including relevant testing of 11KV VCB switch board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. ( 2X11/0.433 KV, 1600 KVA) Indoor Type Sub-Station, PDB, APFC panels with feeding power to different Work Stations, Chlorination System by deploying Sercive Engineers for final tuning as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Operation of the entire installation in sub-station on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 12 months after 3months trial run are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch and word personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundrys and lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of Electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department.
