TO ENSURE BROWSER COMPATIBILITY OF THE COMPUTER WELL IN ADVANCE TO THE LAST DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS THE DEPARTMENTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-ACCESSIBILITY OF KPP PORTAL DUE TO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUES AND TECHNICAL GLITCHES AT BIDDERS END

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contract value (min. Rs.500/- & max. Rs.7500/-) soon after the contract has been issued to the bidder.

All materials should be in good quality as per specification a quality certificate for the same should be obtained from the concerned authority at their own cost.

Acceptance/cancellation of the works are reserved by the undersigned without any reasons for the same

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be original, and same originals should be produced to the Executive Engineer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening), who reserves right to verify the original documents before approval

All the materials to be utilized for the work must be tested in PRED labs, and quality control test reports must be enclosed with the bills. All types of pipes and pumping machinery with accessories must be tested at M/s. SGS India LTD, CIPET & AIPS institutes. The cost of all QC test must be borne by contractor

To Qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender

If any date in the tender timetable is government holiday, next working date will be considered

Incomplete/conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone/ cell phone number

The tender may be cancelled by Executive Engineer, RDW&SD, Karwar at any stage without assigning any reason

Tenderers must have valid PWD registration and must submit PWD registration copy

liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 3.12 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

The rates of items are inclusive of cost of materials, labor charges, HOM of machinery, all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge of work

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in PDF/JPEG form, not in other form.

Any objection regarding the tender must be submitted directly to Executive Engineer not in inward

Executive Engineer RDW&S Division Karwar has authority to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer, RDW&S Division, Karwar is final

Corrigendums/modifications/corrections, if any, will be published in KPP portal only

THE BIDDER MUST SUBMIT LAST 5 FINANCIAL YEARS (2020-21 to 2024-25) PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT OBTAINED FROM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) as per which the bidder shall have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.10.40 Lakhs (usually not less than amount put to tender under this contract)

Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as primecontractor, at least one similar work such as Operation and maintenance of MVS Water Supply Scheme of value not less than Rs 5.20 lakhs in the last five financial years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

The tenderer should have experience of satisfactorily completing O&M of one multi-village drinking water supply project for a period of at least TWO years. in the last five financial years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

All conditions as per KW-1 Documents

The Contract is for the period of one Year and it will be continued with 5% increase in contract price for up to 5 years including first year on the basis of performance of the contractor towards operation and maintenance of the proposed scheme

EPF, ESI & LABOUR LICENSE CERTIFICATE

The contractor own or hire required machinery equipment for successful completion of work and Tenderer must have following staff pattern (a) Pump Operators-01 Nos (b) Fitter/Valve man-01 Nos (c) Helper cum Watchman-02 Nos (Bio-data should be attached)

Eligible tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated AxNx2.5 - B
