Supply and fixing 50 mm bore GI Pipe Light grade with all fittings for passing of cables, fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads for protection of cable complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, test and commissioning LT XLPE cable 4 core x16 Sqmm, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part -I), 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked in drum, laid in pipe/ducts/ trenches/ under floor/ under road of following cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting connected cables of old unserviceable LT FPB, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, floor mounted, IP 55 grade, outdoor type LT cubical panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032 of size not less than LBW-0.60mX0.60mX0.40m, dust and veremin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, incld. aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. Panel should be mounted/grouted on 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 with 200 mm offsets complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC foundation) shall be covered with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. The panel should have following accessories fitted in :-

(i) MCCB 63 Amps ,415 V TP pole 25 KA 50 Hz with Ics =100% Icu & thermal magnetic adjustable type all as per L&T Make ; Cat pat No : CM91712OOHOOG-01 including spreader terminals set of 04 direct rotary handle -01Nos or equivalent in legrand/ABB/Schenider

(ii) LED indicator - R/Y/B 240 V AC - 03 Nos.

(iii) Analogue Voltmeter having voltage of range : 0-500 V, MAKE - Legrand, CAT No. - 0046 60.

(v) Analogue Ammeter having AC range : 0 - 30 A (4 modules) with suitable size resin cast ring type CT-03 Nos. MAKE - Legrand, CAT No. - 0046 02.
