B/R PORTION : Dismantling Single or double layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles on ridge/roofing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F roof tiles , Mangalore Pattern, inter locking at side joints laid dry complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2 above but (except) Mangalore tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Material shall be used from dismantling)

S&F ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore Pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4 above but (except) Mangalore tiles complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Material shall be used from dismantling)

Dismantling of plain or corrugated sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof covering complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 0.63mm thickness Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.00mm thick sheet grade of zinc coating @120 Gms/Sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints are provided complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F second class hard wood clean sawn battens at 30 cm centre to centre and sectional area exceeding 15 and not exceeding 25 Sqcm including dismantling Battens for tiles ,singles etc of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc.15 cm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 2nd class H/W plain fillets, rails, rafters, purlins, square, rectangular in section clean sawn secured with nails brads exc 13 sqcm but n exc 25 sqcm including dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sq. cm in section (Unframed work) in any position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
