Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old steel fencing mesh any type and ms iron fencing post any type.

Dismantling cast iron work / structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface dressing nexc 15 cm deep, site clearance, to remove the bushes and making area workable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water including rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast post, fencing post, straing or terminal post, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 and nexc 250 sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed including necessary form work for fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete, opening in cocnrete walls, floors and roofs and side of RCC/PCC bands in walls and simillar work all exceeding 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for bending cranking spirallt for hooking for chain link, hooking end and welding with flats of chain link fencing Fe 410W (Gde E-250 ) quality -A or FE-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm at spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with land provision of galvanised mild steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Chain link fencing hot dipped (Weight not exceeding 3 kg per Sqm) incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any standarards, rails straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specefied and as directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, door etc with ends of bars shouldered and/riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barren iron doors; ladders; framed balusters,walk ways; railings and similar work incl cattle trap confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide Primer including preparation of surface over 10 cm width and girth (above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth wall tiling / stone flooring including cement mortar beddind but not backing removing demolished material from site material all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over 15 mm thick cement screed in 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note: External (Front ) edge of stone slab shall be made half round and coast thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 400 mm x 300 mm x 7mm / 450x350x7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in same colour grout to match with and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving nexc 15cm thick above or below ground level and removing demolished material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone agg as in filling Sub base/flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M &L chequered tiles (Cement concrete) 200 X 200 x 25mm or 250 x 250 x 25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandt complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone boulder built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including demolished material removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Pre cast cement concrete jalli 35 mm thick, in repairs type BO using 12.5 mm graded aggregate, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cm (1:6), rise of hight for brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L, Brickwork, with subclass 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.M radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
