Disconnecting/Distribution Transformer from active HT circuit Transportation of damaged transformers from pumping station of water supply scheme Doodpathri to contractors workshop at Srinagar, Loading / unloading of Damaged transformer at respective location, arranging for Inspection ,opening bolt-nuts of top cover, Opening of the top plate ,assessment of repairs, disconnecting of leads/connections, cleaning all healthy parts, removal of core yoke and windings, and reassembly of the dismantled materials & metal parts and positioning the core back after repairs, winding and complete electrical connections, bolting up top cover after filtration & top up/filling up of transformer oil and, other fittings on cover or tank, testing on load and full load at testing bay of workshop ,Loading of repaired good transformer from workshop ,transportation and unloading at installation site , connecting to HT circuit , testing on no load and then on full load

Shifting / filling of departmentally provided Insulating media (Toil) of 11 KVA grade dielectric strength of 5 KV at 4mm air gap (80 Litres)
Cost on account of Drying of active parts by opening for 48 to 72 hours at heated premises for removal of moisture of the repaired Transformer
Cost on account of Oil filtering to remove carbon content and other desired impurities
Note:- The old material i.e. winding etc shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates accordingly
