Complete removal of existing roof treatment including preparation of old roof surface for roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 2.0 km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 2.0 km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 (B-0) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using WPC @3% by weight of cement as in roof top finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement for laying roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatement including preparation of surface as required for roof treatement , balcony, terrace etc consisting of following sequences of operation on RCC roof slab for non accessible roof surface. (a) The roof surface shall be cleaned thoroughly and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.5Kg/Sqm (b) Applying APP based polymeric membrane weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gram/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm. (c ) M&L for a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm shall be applied over water proofing membrane finally it shall be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20Kg/Sqm Note: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 200mmX200mmX25mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM1:4 set and jointed with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry as in accessible roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing the treated roof surfaces with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary , built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exec 6 M mean radius with old size bricks in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc incl racking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbibg down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed Note: All debris obtained from taking shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on roof/parapet wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr and n.exc 500 Ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rotational moulded polethylene water tank of 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) noticed and portion all as specified SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 20mm ball value high pressure of PTMT with apoxi coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connection including removal complete and all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connection including removal complete and all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete and all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tanks exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., and removal complete and all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wallscomplete all as specified and directed.
