Taking down complete of existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete and removing debris all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane mineral finish 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore pipes and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore pipes and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

GI Tube medium grade fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor of size 15mm bore with all GI fittings and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

GI Tube medium grade fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor of size 20mm bore with all GI fittings and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Polycarbonate sheet of plain roofing sheets 10mm thick fixed with screws/ clamps/ nut bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet as in ridge of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, on chajjas and wall cladding fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for grid of size 605mm x 605mm seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55 thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 12 mm thick Gypsum Board as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceilings over priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over one coat in two layers of putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulation pannels 10mm thick with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in and including false ceiling grid made of aluminium / G.I / MS all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Powder coated aluminium door, window, ventilator frame with side hunf including bombay sliding aluminum sections sliding window where required or pull and push type in frames and shutters with two track sliding aluminium frame and in partitions, Make : Jindal or equivalent of approved size incluidng necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, including necessary anodised aluminium fittings like handles, locking arrangements etc., complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down PVC/ CI pipe jointed in cement mortar, taking out wall and eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
