Supply, Installation, Successful Commissioning and Testing of LT IP55 Indoor Panel Box of size 60 Inches (W) x 60 Inches (H) x 20 Inches" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of red oxide & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint and consisting of items as mentioned in a) to g). At the bottom of the Panel, 1 x 250A, 50kA, 4P MCCB shall be fixed and existing 50-120 sq.mm UG Cable shall be terminated as Input using suitable lugs. The Output from the 250A MCCB shall be connected to 4 x 400A range Copper Bus-Bars (BB) using same rating Copper Cable / Copper BB. From the BB, inputs shall be tapped for 2 x 125A, 36kA, 4P MCCB, 3 x 63A 4 Pole, 20-36kA MCCB and to 3 x 32 Amps, 10kA, "C" Curve, 230V AC, 2 Pole MCB through 25.0 sq.mm, 16.0 sq.mm and 6.0 sq.mm FRLS Multistrand Copper Wires respectively using suitable type of lugs and standard colour code of wiring in a neatly dressed manner. A Separate Aluminium Bus-Bar for connecting the Sub-Circuits Earth Wires in the Panel and extended for 2 Inches outside the Panel on both sides, should be provided. 3 Nos of plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of Copper / UG Cable(s), Cable Alley to be made available. The panel shall have individual compartment for each MCB & MCCB within the panel. The LT Box will be fixed on the floor with total stand height of 0.75-1.5 Feet grouted to the floor. All 4 sides shall be covered suitably with removable type metal sheet (screwed to the stand) painted with same colour as of LT Box. All visible Bus-Bars inside the Panel shall be suitably covered with electrical grade insulation sheets. 6" x 6" water proof vents shall be provided on both the sides of the Panel, covered with wire mesh from inside. a) 400A Capacity Copper Bus Bar insulated with fire proof tape, mounted on Bus Bar Insulators - 04 Nos; b) 250A, 50kA, 4Pole MCCB - 01 No; c) 125A, 36kA, 4Pole MCCB - 02 Nos.; d) 63A, 20-36kA, 4Pole MCCB - 03 Nos.; e) 32A, 240V AC, 2P MCB - 03 Nos.; f) RYB LED Phase Indication Lamps with Fuse Unit for Input and Output - 2 Sets; g) Aluminium Earth Bus-Bar - 01 No. Important: All existing Incoming / Outgoing Cables / Wires of Main or Sub-Main Circuits shall be connected to this panel with suitable type and size Copper / Aluminium lugs. Dismantling of existing Old Bus-Bar, TPN etc., with due safety and handing over to Auction Yard. Engineer In-charge or the representative shall be present to enable to put OFF the power.

Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including to remove hard soil / rock / tree root etc., if any encountered, fixing the Item No:12, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:12 as required, as mentioned under S.No.12).

Supplying and fixing 20A, 240V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Supplying and fixing 30A, 415V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 30A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. To connect the copper flat from the bottom of the plate until funnel by using only SS nut, bolts and washers as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc., as requried.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00mm dia copper wire in 15mm G.I. pipefrom earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.
