Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in soft/loose soil , returnig filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm using available soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 Nominal mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel sections as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc(conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled Mild steel sections as in Vertical post, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates(conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel Plates( Plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) conforming holes without any attchement ( conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium flat iron work size 40x6 mm in wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/ vertical support for rain pipe including clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR including required gas charging and dismantling old unserviceabe AC and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item srl No 35& 36 : (a) The cost of remote with batteries, refrigerant gas, compressor oil, tools & plants for fixing of outdoor unit at any height and making good disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Drilling of the wall should be done by core cutting machine only.

Supply & fixing submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 6 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC casing and caping for surface wiring with casing and caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC casing and caping and PVC casing and caping accessories will be measured as one length..

Supply and fixing Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia heavy duty inclusive of all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix drain outlet PVC 15mm dia connected from rear side of AC upto drain with necessary clamp and fixtures on wall and floor all as specified and as directed.

S& F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 mm long not exc to 15 cm long including diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
