FOR SUPPLY AND FIXING OF 11 KV AUTO RECLOSER WORK IN 11KV FEDDER AND CHEMICAL EARTHING WORK IN BUSINESS PLAN 2024-25 PART-2 IN THE JURISDICTION OF EDD PILKHUWA, UNDER EDC., HAPUR. (Third party inspection of the quality of all works will be conducted by the department)

Carriage of 11 KV auto recloser with all accessories from Electricity store center, Hapur to 33/11KV Sub-Station/site of work with safe loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road, and proper staking as per direction of site incharge from JE Store/Store center Hapur/Ghaziabad/ Bulandshar (0-50 Km) (Any Damage during Transaction will be chargable auto contractor.)

Carriage of all petty material of estimate, from Electricity store center, Hapur to 33/11KV Sub-Station/site of work with safe loading and unloading at both ends on Kachha Packka road, and proper staking as per direction of site incharge from JE Store/Store center Hapur/Ghaziabad/Bulandshar (0-50 Km) (Any Damage during Transaction will be chargable auto contractor.)

Installation and fixing of 11KV Auto Recloser with all accessories as per Norms (11kv Auto Recloser with the provided by Department)

Connecting Auto recloser with ACSR Dog Conductor through necessury clamps as per site requarment. Exept ACSR Dog conductor all the Material provided by the contractor.

Providing & Fixing of Danger Board, including all required materials (like suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc.) as per RESPO/Drawing Norms and as per direction of site incharge.

Providing & Fixing of Number Plate alongwith all required accessories (like suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc.) as per RESPO/Drawing Norms and as per direction of site incharge.

Erection of 11 KV Disc Insulator with Disc fitting etc., as per RESPO Drawing/Norms (All necessury Clamp and Nuts & Bolts provided by contractor)

Erection of 11 KV Pin insulator with Pin as per RESPO Drawing/Norms (All necessury Clamp and Nuts & Bolts provided by contractor)

Providing & Wrapping of barbed wire on 11KV ST/PCC poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9mtrs. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a hieght of 2.75 mtr from the ground complete, including providing & fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S. Flat 40X5mm complete with nuts & bolts and all other required material and T&P., as per direction of site incharge.

Supply and Painting of 2 coat of Red Oxide Paint & 2 coat of silver Paint on 9/11 Mtr. STP Painting work as per RESPO/Drawing Norms and as per direction of site incharge. (All necessury ISI Mark Red Oxide and Silver Paint provided by contractor)

Providing & Fixing of M.S. Holding Clamp alongwith all required nuts & bolts etc. for fixing of Top Channal, Dropper Channal etc. as per RESPO/Drawing Norms and as per direction of site incharge.

Providing and installation of maintenance free multifaceted proactive and corrosion free ISI Make chemical earthing electrod size 80mm x 3000mm complete with 50KG backfill compound with all required necessury for Body/neutral earthing of Transformers/Auto reclosure including cost of nacessory G.I. earth strip size 50x6 mm sq. for connection the earth strip will be welded to the earthing and neutral support, as per RESPO/Norms and as per direction of site incharge. (All the material and labour will provided by contractor)
