Mechanical/Manual Sweeping/Brooming/Cleaning/Dusting work as required in the DDA office complex at Paschim Vihar with all Toilets including all water closets, urinals, wash basins ,open area and roads, doors, windows, window glass panes, footpath, Parking open spaces & all types of fitting & fixtures to be scrubbed, disinfect & wet cleaning on all working days with all material, T & P, machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. as required for the work. Cleaning of roof top & water tanks, storm water drains to be done twice in a month including all machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. The work also include daily collection & disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground or MCD Dhalao all complete in all aspect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate is including material and T&P. Note: All Saftey kits for execution of above items/work will be provided by the contractor to the Environmental Assistant (EA).
