Maintenance job contract of E and M installations

Periodical Maintenance and operation of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations and power supply system of operational area such as GLF Systems, NAV-AID units, ATC Tower, Operational area including DG Sets in CCR with AMF panels etc. involving operation, repairs & maintenance, faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability /satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation including supervision of all ongoing capital and maintenance works etc. as per scope of work given in tender specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panel & the services of all other E & M installation shall be ensured round the clock as per the directions of EIC.

Provision of Sr Supervisor every day throughout the contract period for overall supervision and administration of the contract as direction by EIC.

Additional Manpower team during VVIP ( I / II & III) visit for operation, monitoring and meeting exigency consisting as per the technical specification/ special condition of contract and as per direction of E.I.C(Rate for each shift of 01 No. Electrician & 01 No. Helper)

Rewinding, repairing and complete overhauling of 1 to 3HP mono-block motor pump set, transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, including installation, testing & commissioning etc as required.

Rewinding, repairing and complete overhauling of 5 to 10 HP mono-block motor pump set, transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, including installation, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Repairing, rewinding & complete overhauling of following submersible pumps including transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn-out/ defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearings, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing , assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required

Lifting & lowering of submersible motor pump set up to 10.0 HP capacities including dismantling & re-fitting of pump, discharge pipe, steel rope, clamp etc. complete as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe upto 160mm outer dia in the paved area at depth of min. 0.20m including cutting the pavement (rigid /flexible) & making good the surface with 1:2:4 cement concrete etc. complete as required as per site requirement and direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Laying of HDPE pipe upto 160mm dia direct in ground in minimum depth of 75 centimeters including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying of PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of 6/16Sqmm size in the existing HDPE pipe as required

Painting of LT panels / feeder pillars with one coat metal primer on rusted surface and two coats approved synthetic enamel paint , lettering etc., as required upto the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge as and when required.

Painting of street light poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of approved aluminum paint i/c dismantling, re-fixing of fittings and scraping the surface as required to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge as and when required. Pole height upto 12mtrs. approximately.

Supply of 3-phase Panel Digital Voltmeter of range 0 to 500V AC,AUX supply 240 VAC suitable for operation on three phase , 440 V , 50 Hz, AC supply [Schneider Model No Conzerv DM 3210 or equivalent)

Supply of 3-phase Panel Digital Ammeter of range 0 -100-1600A AC,AUX supply 240 VAC suitable for operation on three phase , 440 V , 50 Hz, AC supply (Schneider Model No Conzerv DM 3110 or equivalent).

Supply of 3-phase Intelligent panel digital Multi Function meter suitable for operation on three phase , 440 V , 50 Hz, AC supply (Make : L & T, Model:Quasar or equivalent )

Supply of following colour 1-phase LED Indication lamps suitable for operation on Single phase, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply (Make : ESBEE, Model: E-Series or equivalent)

Red / Yellow /Blue /Green

Monthly Maintenance and Servicing of 415V, 4 Pole ACB of following rating including complete servicing and cleaning of breaker mechanism parts, checking all electrical and mechanical components ,checking and servicing of draw-out mechanism including removal of worn-out electrical and mechanical parts, replacement works,relay testing etc, complete as required and break down calls should be attended within 04 hours. (Maintenance shall be carried out through OEM / authorized dealer/ asdirected by EIC) and spares will be provided by AAI. (a) 800A / 4Pole ACB Out-going - 06 Nos.

Laying of HDPE pipe by HDD method including preparing & setting up plant & machinery including jointing reamring and pulling of HDPE pipe upto 200 mm dia pipe in soft soil as per technical specification and site condition etc as required as per direction of E-I-C.

Rate for each one rupee value of work executed from the DSR-2018 (Electrical) Schedule & cost worked out on the basis of DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates. {For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90, then for executing DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.1,00,000.00 at DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.90,000.00. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.1,25,000.00}

Supply of Sealant compound suitable for installation of inset type runway Edge/Centre line/TDZ/Taxiway light fittings as and when required.

Supply of HT Tape for Insulation of Runway AFL Cable with suitable thickness as per AAI specificatons and directions of Engineer In -Charge.

Supply of Rubber Tape for Insulation of GLF Cables with suitable thickness as per AAI specificatons and directions of Engineer In-Charge.

Visit of Specialised Engineer for emergency breakdown of E&M /installation of GLF of LT panels / AMF Panels / other associated sites as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

Hiring of HT cable fault locator on rental basis as and when required during faults in all areas of B.P.I Airport as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply of 63mm OD HDPE Pipe PE-80 & PN-10 confirming to IS 4984 and Technical Specifications and as per directions of EIC.
