Supply and fix in repairs Electric water storage Heater (vertical type Geysers) 25 Ltrs BEE 5 STAR , 230 volts AC single phase with and including grouting with high tensile rag bolt, nut & washer etc as directed as per site requirement .Geysers to have glass lines tank, fero glass coated container,PUF insulation, glass coated heating element, 8 BAR rated pressurer, thermostat cut off etc.including making good the disturbed surface fixing with MS fastners 4 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green colour as earth lead in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with all fittings (ISI marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size, & as directed by Engr in Charge & 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, iuncluding cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified.

S&F switch Piano modular type 15 Amps 230 volt, (ISI marked) complete all as specified.

S & F multi socket modular type 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 Amps and 3 pin 15 Amps 230 volt, (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

S&F GI pipes 15 mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all fittings complete fixed on floor / wall with and including clamps etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cutting & screwing existing steel tubing 20/15mm dia bore size for alternations or additions required for connection with inlet pipe of Geyser complete all as directed at site.

S&F PVC connection 450mm long for cold / hot water heavy duty made out of double layer at Nylon & wire fabric at pressure 6Kg / CM both side, CP brass 15mm bore coupling or nuts complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F Angle stop valve 15mm bore heavy duty fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup concealed in wall complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F Stop valves, cast copper alloy 20 mm bore, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of 15mm dia fancy type complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges for concealed water tubing & making good cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multistrand flexible cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green colour) as earth lead in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC 25mm conduit medium grade with all fittings (ISI marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size and modular plate/sheet as directed by Engineer in Charge including cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified.

S&F Switch piano modular type single pole one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F Ceiling rose surface bakelight two to three terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep (5 star BEE rating) 900 RPM, single phase, 230 volts heavy duty with louvers, shutter including three core flexible cable of required length of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose/connector to fan terminal, fixing the fan with suitable sixe of nut, bolt washer and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Making of square / circular hole in the stone masonry/Brick wall suitable for fixing exhaust fan of 320 mm sweep.including M.S Frame work of suiable size with nut,bolts etc and sealing the sides of exhaust fan complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. .
