Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (MAKE : STP / Pibial Primer of TEXSA or equivalent product of BITUMAT/ BITUNIL/SIKA) (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced(4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. (Make of APP Membrane: STP / Moply FP 4 Kg mineral of TEXA/WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA or Equivalent material of BITUNIL/BITUMAT. (Note :- Cost of cutting groove to parapet wall for inserting APP membrance and filling groove with cement mortar (1:3) is deemed to be included within the quoted rate.)

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete. (Make : CONPLAST X4211C of FOSROC/PLASTOCRETE PLUS of SIKA or equivalent brand of PIDILITE).

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- M/S Prayag / Polytuf / M/S SakPlast Pvt Ltd.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc.

Supply and fix GI frame work for non seamless ceiling comprising for GI perimeter channel of 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to sorrounding wall using nylon sleevless and screws at 450mm centre to centre /intermediate suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteness with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm including suspenders / hangers 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including taking down complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction. Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer,s instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, above 12 mm dia bar. M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : SIKA / FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementitious micro concrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimium 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimium flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days and complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-charge. Make : SIKA / FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as spd and directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25 mm average thickness. Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of sides and soffits of beams, lintels, floors etc. for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to parapet, RCC wardrobe and similar items for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including remouving the same after Dismatle Complete all as specified and directed.
