Dismantling of Old split casing pump with base frame including cutting, welding and repair the floor etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Kirloskar make Horizontal split case double stage (DSM 80/36) foot mounted pump having C.I. Casing & Bronze Impeller, S.S-410. Shaft with gland pack arrangement coupled on commonbase frame through suitable coupling to Kirloskar/CGL/ABB make foot mounted TEFC, sq cage induction motor 1450 Rpm, 30KW/40HP suitable for 3-phase, 415V 50Hz AC supply. Motor having class F insulation and temprature rise limited upto class B complete with suitable arrangement of Nut Bolts, Fastners etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing M.S. Flange 12mm thick in position including welding, cutting, threading etc. complete.

Providing & fixing of Air Release gun metal valve (Moss make) in existing M.S. Pipe of required dia..(Rates as per Quotation & analysis attached).

Providing & fixing of four core Aluminium armoured cable of 16 sqmmx4Core dia fitted with reqd size thimbles, Glands etc. complete in all respect (Make Echo, Finolex, Polycab) for installation of pump set from the mains.

Supplying & installation of motor starter ML-3 Contactor with enclosure at required location suitable for 40 H.P. Motor of make (Siemens, L&T, Havell's).

Dismantling of Old vertical C.I. NRV from the existing line etc. complete and stacking the same upto 50 metres lead .

Dismantling of Old C.I butterfly valve from the existing line including welding, cutting & threading etc complete and stacking the same upto 50 metres lead as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
