Excavating in trenchs, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil/soft rock.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing wheredirected at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Material & labour for taking out old CI Pipe 150mm dia from trenches and removing from site and deposit in MES Store Yard

Supply and Lay Ductile iron pipe 150 mm dia, CML, tyton with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, Class K-7, in any length, laid in trenches at various location. Note:- (i) Rates to be deemed including joint of DI pipe with compression of a rubber gasket between a seating on the inside of the socket and the external surface of spigot etcc. and GI pipe with all incl fittings (ii) Sub connection making with suitable existing size Tees

Material & labour for taking out in location in existing position U/S Cl Sluice Valve, including fixing of new sluice valve 150mm dia complete and making flange joints

Material & Labour for any type of D I fittings i.e. bends (any tpe, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch. 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of water cooled/air cooled DG Set including replacing engine oil, greasing and oiling of parts, checking of valve & nozzle changing of diesel filter, oil filter, chekcing of defective parts complete assembling, re-commissioning and changing of MPCB 125 Amp 3 Core, Main Contactor 4 Pole, Battery charger SMPS 12 V and testing all as specified and directed for 33 KVA capacity.

All as per item No 8 but for 50 KVA Capacity

Supply & fixing fan belt of suitable sizes for DG Set engine operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Fenner/Gemini/Hilton)

Supply & changing lubrication oil SAE-40 (20 W 10 grade/coolant/lubricant (SAE 40 15W 40) of make SERVO OF IOC/HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM/ BPCL/CASTROL as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and conneting in repair maint free battery 12 volt 180Ah complete all as directed. Make: Exide/AMCO/Amaron
