Attending Plating and Painting works including repairs to the panel board of 10 Ton capacity Braithwaite ELL Crane at Dry Dock II complex at Port Blair.

Fabrication, erection and assembling of steel structure by cutting and removing the damaged plates as well as addition to the structure to strengthen the wharf crane with required steel items by using gas/arc welding with MS electrodes as per existing design of wharf crane but excluding cost of steel items which will be supplied by the department from ALHW stores at Dry dock on free of cost but including cost of cutting and welding charges, hire charges of tools and plants, removing and fixing windows, glasses, beedings, all labour charges, all other materials and all extra lift transportation charges, GST etc., complete.

Scrapping, chipping, cleaning and brushing of all steel portion, motor, gear boxes, panels and all over the metal parts of 10 Ton capacity ELL crane at DD No.II, including cost of minor tools required and cost of making and scaffolding for the works etc., complete. Painting the steel surface with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide paint and over that two coats of branded golden yellow paint as directed by EIC including cost of paints, labour charges and minor tools, transportation charges of materials to work site, GST etc., complete.

Attending repairs and servicing of the Panel Boards including providing new wiring and replacing the Air Brake power contactors of 200 Amps, 70 Amps, 30 Amps, Timer Relay delay Minimum 0.25 to Maximum 60 Second coil voltage of 220 Volt etc., which will be supplied by the Department on free of cost at ALHW Stores, Dry dock but including cost of providing and fixing 05 Nos. of Door Limit Switch, 12 Nos. of HRC Fuse 200 Amps, 04 Nos. of NO and NC Push Button, 01 No. of Emergency Push Button, 04 Nos. of Twelve way 63 Amps connector, Dashpot oil etc., testing and commissioning of 10 Ton ELL crane including all operations such as Travelling, Hoisting, derricking, slewing with full load, including servicing of all motors, all labour charges, minor tools, giving proper connections, GST etc., complete.
