A. CIVIL WORK

Construction of Community Center Hoshiarpur Part-A

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm. layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS - 6313 - 2001 ( Part 2 ) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications (i) In foundation pits, by treating the bottom & sides upto height of 300mm by uniformly spraying solution @ 5 Litre / Sqm (ii) In the refill earth on both sides of all built up walls @ 7.5 Litre / Running meter ( width - 300 mm, depth - 450 mm ) (iii) Before laying the floor, by uniformly sprinkling the top surface of the consolidated earth within the outer perimeter @ 5 Litre solution per Sqm.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast of size. 40 mm guage. using concrete mixing volumetric type

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanicaly batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanicaly batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in supersturcture.
