Repair and overhauling to gang operated air brake switch device upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including use of petrolium gelly for smooth functioning of all moving contacts of GOD complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall provide all safety tools like HT hand gloves, ladder, rope, safety belt, helmet etc, T&P meggar, earth tester and other necessary tools required at site. Supply and topping up transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations complete all as specified and directed. Make of Transformer oil: Savitha/ Poweroil/ HP Notes : (a) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer.b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Repairs to drop out fuse complete of upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including replacement of worn out nut bolts,washers,of suitable size /unserviceable spares and jumper connections for smooth functioning of the devices complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Insulating oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.
