Dismantling of the 5 HP 1440rpm 3 phase Horizontal Squirrel Cage Induction motor from the base and coupling. The job includes manual dragging of motor to loading site and loading into private vehicle for transferring to workshop. The job also includes re-shifting of repaired motor back to site. The job includes assembling of stator rotor assembly carefully without causing damage to windings. The job includes testing of motor on full load. All the tools and tackles and head load for loading and unloading is included in the job.

Dismantling of the motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator rotor assembly to assess the damages. The job includes extraction of damaged windings and cleaning of slots

Copper wire used in the rewinding process with deduction of 80% scrap

Rewinding of motor by way of arrangement of highly skilled labour, tools, tackles etc.

Providing and fitting of insulating material in the slots of stator including lathe rite paper, PVC sheets etc.

Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish and heat treatment.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing of sizeDE 6206 & NDE6306 -02 Nos.

Repairs to 100 KVA HT transformer by way of:- Dismantling of 100 KVA oil cooled 3-phase HT transformer from the existing bed for repairs to work shop. The job includes loading, unloading, head load, to and fro carriage and testing on full load at site.

Complete rewinding to HT coils to 100 KVA oil cooled HT transformer or as per existing parameters after dismantling of damaged. The job includes proper insulating, tapping & testing on load at site.

Providing/ fitting of LT Bush rods along with bush insulators after dismantling of damaged one.

Providing/ filling of transformer oil of approved grade & viscosity for leveling maximum required level necessities during repair works.

Shifting, installing and Testing of 100KVA HT transformer at wss Nowhar Malpora by way of :- Dragging/ lifting carefully of 100KVA HT transformer from premises of wss Palpora Astanpora up to road side using skilled labours , pulling machines etc and loading it in a private load carrier (TATA 207) and the carefully transporting it to wss Nowhar Malpora and then installing and testing of 100KVA HT transformer on no load and full load at wss Nowhar Malpora. All the tools,tackles , skilled labour and load carrier used for completing this job are to be arranged by the contracting agency.
