M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth,making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).depth of potholes exc 30 mm.

M&L Preparing Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and Air Compressor to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 05 kg per 10 sq metre with hot mechanical spray mechine complete.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, spread and layed with sensor mechanical paver mechine, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone mechanical power roller complete. Note: (a) Premix Asphaltic semidence Concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant transported to wk site and laid spread leveled with mechanical paver machine complete. (b) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed @2% total mix type of filler shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge

Renewing cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick of Size 300mmX300mm in patches, area not exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting over 20mmthick screed bed of CM(1:4), jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; includ 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 as in sub base complete.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exe 50mm deep but n.exc 100mm deep
