Repairing of SLUDGE TANK of toilet van having Capacity 1300 liters (appx.) made of SS material by way of dismantling the damaged/worn out SS sheet. P/F of new 2.5 mm S.S. 304 sheet on two sides of the tank by argon welding and buffing. P/Fitting Sludge Drain valve 100 mm diameter heavy duty butterfly valve of SS at rear of the unit. A flange system with leak proof sealing is required for fixing the valve, & flange should be fitted with tank by nut bolt arrangement. The job includes labour charges/ Tool & Tackles welding/riveting, priming, painting and all taxes.

Providing and fixing PVC stop cock of approved quality of 15 mm nominal bore - 05 Nos., Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats- 06 Nos., Providing and fixing UPVC connection pipe with brass unions of 30 cm length - 08 Nos., Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank of 1000 Litres Capacity - 01 No., Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin points of approved make conforming to IS : 8931- 03 Nos., Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS: 8931 - 05Nos., The job includes labour charges/ Tool Tackles etc.

Repairs to front and rear leaf spring:-Repairs to rear and front leaf spring assembly by way of dismantling and removing of damaged items and P/F of new items in place of defective items i.e Centre bolt-04 no, Leaf spring Bush-04 no, leaf spring pin-04 no, spring shackle assembly front-02 no, spring shackle assembly rear-02 no, U clamp big-04 no with nuts and bolts, U clamp small-04 no with nuts and bolts. Grease nipple-04 no, and washer-04 no. Job also includes tensioning of all leaf springs by hammering to the optimum curvature and assembling, fitting and alignment of front and rear spring assembly and all other allied works and replacement of damaged leaf spring. Providing and fixing of 15 mm nominal bore C.P. stop cock (concealed) for toilet van of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS: 8931-03 Nos., Providing and laying S&S C.I. Standard specials such as tees, bends, collars tapers and caps etc, suitable for flanged jointing as per IS: 1538 Upto 300 mm dia. - 2 kg., Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour of 15 mm nominal bore, weighing not less than 32gms - 05 Nos., Providing and fitting of soap case of nominal size 100mm x 50mm - 05 Nos., Providing and fitting of SS Bib cock of nominal dia 25mm - 10 Nos., The job includes labour charges/ Tool & Tackles etc.

Repairs to Electrical System: - Job includes replacement of damaged wiring with new copper insulated LT wires, PVC conduits, LED cabin lights, holders, MCB, switch board, indicator lights, sockets and allied accessories. Job also includes checking of earthing system, battery connections, fuse box repairs and testing of complete electrical circuit on load. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Repairing of SIDE PLATFORM Type Fixed platform on both the side of toilet & 3 mm Aluminium Chequered plate fitted on platform. Material shall be Made from ISMC 75x40 and 25x3 M.S. flat with side railing made from M.S. Sq. Pipe of 40x40x2 mm & 20x20x2 mm. Ladder 01 Nos. Ladder portable type with pipe handle 1 Nos. at One Side & 1 Nos. at Other side of toilet made from M.S. pipe, 3 mm Aluminium Chequered plate on platform shall be provided. Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make. The job includes labour charges/ Tool & Tackles etc.

Denting, Patching and Welding Work:- Job includes repair of damaged body panels, side sheets, roof frame and flooring by hammering, gas cutting, welding and strengthening with MS sections wherever required. Job also includes fabrication of rusted frame portions, alignment correction and body reinforcement complete with all allied works. Job includes cost of welding electrodes, gas cutting, labour charges and taxes.

Repairs to Doors and Partitions:- Job includes repair/replacement of damaged toilet doors, partition sheets, hinges, locks, handles, door closer, tower bolts and rubber beading complete. Job also includes alignment and proper functioning of all partitions. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Providing and Fitting of Toilet Seats with Allied Accessories: Providing and fitting of 3 Nos. Western Type Toilet Seats and 2 Nos. Indian Type WC Seats complete with flush system, seat covers, P-trap/S-trap, waste coupling, health faucet, jet spray, connection pipes, PVC fittings, fastening hardware and all allied sanitary accessories. Job includes dismantling of damaged seats, fixing, alignment, testing and commissioning complete. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Complete Painting of Mobile Toilet Van: - Job includes complete cleaning of body surface with water and detergent, removal of old damaged paint by sanding and grinding, rust removal treatment, application of metal primer, wall putty and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade on complete outer body, roof and frame structure. Job also includes painting of chassis touched portions, lettering work and complete finishing. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.
