Dismantling of clinker grinder this work involves removal of driven sprocket, gear wheels, bearing housing cover, bearing housing gland assembly, bearing housing base plate, clinker grinder drive and driven shaft with rollers, Apron plate and guide plates etc in CG 3A1,3B2,4A2, 4B1 .

ASSEMBLY OF CLINKER GRINDER: CG3A1,3B2,4A2,4B1 This work involves Inspection of SS sleeve, apron plate and guide plate for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. Assembling of drive / driven roller with shaft assembly. Fixing of bearing housing base plate assembly. Inspection of pressure ring and lantern ring for wear and tear and replacement if necessary. Packing of graphite rope and fixing of gland by gland packing nut. Fixing and tightening of sleeve lock nut. Inspection of oil seal (inner) and bearing for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, fixing of bearing housing and tightening using lock nut. Inspection of oil seal (outer) for wear and tear and replacement if necessary and fixing the bearing cover. Assembling of driven sprocket, fixing of lock nut and tightening. Mounting of gear wheel and tightening using lock nut. (Required Oil seals 80-115 13 -16 nos, 95-125-13 -16 nos are contractor’s scope and to be used for works by supplying through central stores MTPS-I for drawl of material and devolution of scrap to Central stores / MTPS-I. (Required lorry & crane will be provided by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for cleaning the outer surface of clinker grinder 3A1,3B2, 4A1,4B2 and painting with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of enamel paint. (Required paints Red Oxide 4 liters, enamel paint 6 litters are Contractor’s scope and to be used for works by supplying through central stores MTPS-I).
