Repairs to 6000GPH 30M head Horizontal Split casing pumping unit of WSS Padgampora Dangerpora The job includes following jobs:- Decoupling of pump and motor by way of opening all the fasteners, opening the top of the pump and extraction of rotating assemble.
Shifting of pump rotating assemble from site to Srinagar workshop and back from workshop to site after carrying out the repairs. The job includes carriage charges, loading and unloading.
Disassembling of the pump assemble by way of removing the housing on both sides of DE and NDE, extracting the check nuts and sleeves with the help of tools and tackles by a skilled person .The impeller be removed from the shaft.
Rebuilding the pump shaft by way of welding deposition and then turning the shaft on Lathe machine to achieve the prefect finish to hose the sleeve as well as the bearing on both sides of DE and NDE.
Repairs to damaged impeller by way of rebuilding of damaged shrouding by expert welding. The job includes finishing and turning up to permissible limits after rebuilding works.
P/F of S.S sleeves as per sample. The job includes turning the cast of the sleeves on the Lathe machine to achieve the size and dimensions as per the sample.
P/F of MS gland by way of casting, machining of the cast item to achieve the inner dia. and dimensions as per the sample
P/F ball bearings of size 6306 (02 No’s) along with Grease to the shaft at the housing on both sides.
