Wooven Jute Geo Textile for Road Construction and slope management purpose - Supplying, testing and installation of 100 cm wide woven jute geotextiles (JGT) 724 gm/sqm posseing tensile strength of 25 kn/m (+10 %, -5% tolerance) with a porometry around 150 to 400 microns and thickness 2 mm for application on road sub grades and embankments , Jute fabric to be laid with overlaps of 100 mm crosswise and 300 mm longitudinally duly secured to sub grade by U shaped m.s staples (11 gauge)/round head country nail of 150 mm length at an interval of 750 mm as per direction of Engineer - in charge. RCC guard post : Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post size 15 cm dia, 150 cm long erected 75 cm above the ground and 75 cm below the ground, with M-15 grade ( nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20 mm size) of cement concrete proportion and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painted concrete surface in 23 cm strips up to 0.75 m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band 2 of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed (b) 15 cm dia RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4 nos. 12 mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6 mm TMT/MS stirrups at 15 cm C/C.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (A). Prime coat :- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.00 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agreegates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 - 100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 By Manual Means :- Case -III: Type C (i) Bitumen (S-90)

Routine maintenance 1 (one) year for 11 nos. of RCC bridge approaches
