Excavation work in excavation by manual means for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 M from the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shuttering, all works upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1cement: 3course sand: 6graded stone) aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement alurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1:4(1 coment: 4 fine sand)

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed with 20% bouler.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Supplying at site Angle iron posts & struts of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc. complete. Angle Iron : 50x50x5mm(139.02 kgs), 40x40x6mm(101.37 kgs) & 40x6mm(123.89 kgs).

Providing and fixing G. L. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G. L. wire of dia 4mm.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new steel works.

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement :4 corse sand).

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.L. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc, 20 mm dia. nominal bore medium.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality,20 mm nominal bore.
