Providing and Laying of cu strips and cu plate for proper earthing for all components carrying main current, including but not limited to the motor and electric panel. Use bolts or screws and cu strips to establish grounding connections on each component. The job includes earth work by using labour for making a pit of suitable size for proper earthing and after that laying copper plate of suitable size (60cm width, 60 cm height and 6.35mm depth approximately) and filling the pit with chemicals (chemical earthing). The earthing cu strip must have cross section not less than 24 mm^2. The job further includes laying of many holes type conduit pipe from ground upto cu plate having funnel at top.

Waterproofing of elevator pit: Providing & Laying integral Cement based waterproofing (Injected type) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry mixed with proprietary water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4.

Allied Civil works for the shaft as per below a.White washing of the lift shaft from inside. b.P/F of hoisting beam at the top of the lift shaft. c.P/F of bulkhead lights for all the floors at the lift shaft including wiring and conduits for all floors and pit at the lift shaft. d.P/F of ladder from level 2 platform till top of the lift shaft. e.Shaft repairs after Installation of lift. f. Landing shaft wall constructed using brick masonry in cement mortar, finished with granite finish / cladding at each landing level.
