Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for brick protection cover of old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ’B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as rddled earth after crushing and sieving. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling & foundation of mass complete all as directed

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 0.75 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil up to 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvasised steel strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws on poreceling insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length as lightening conductor on roof/wall of explosive building and joining the same with existing earth test point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI pipe of size 50/ 80 mm dia of maximum length 12 meter including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto300 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed including refilling and making good of disturbed surface . Note : Quoted rate Excluding of GI Pipe 50 / 80 mm dia as required on ground

Disconnection existing LT UG cable of any size from pole/Oh line and connect the same to feeder pillar box by using cable glands , lugs etc as required complete all as directed

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Insulators from Poles of any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.Make: Hensel/Syntex/C&S/nyptune

Supply and lay PVC Insulated , PVC sheathed industrial HV round multicore flexible cable with copper conductor THREE core 2.5 sqmm including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and necessary bends, GI Clamps , fittings and fixtures as required for connection of light fittings . ( to be used for Street light connection from JB to Street light).

S&F PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed cable with stranded Aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, flat twin core service cable of size 4 Sqmm conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed. Make : Richa/havells/fincab or equivalent.
