Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down old burnt/unserviceable main switches and DB's including MCB SP/SPN/TPN of any make and any size, wooden board, junction box and making good distrubed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC conduit/casing caping ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of Metal flush boxes and accessories etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. In case cutting & chasing of conduit is encountered with any beam / column, the PVC casing & capping or surface conduit will be used to avoid any damage to the RCC portion. 3. No cutting & chasing shall be done on ceiling surface for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring etc, hence the PVC casing & capping or surface conduit will be used for the same.

Description all as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 4 Sqmm. FRLS PVC wire and one run of 2.5 Sq.mm. copper cable for earth continuity.

Supply and fix in replacement Ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminals 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix Socket outlet 3 pin, 5 Amp, flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix Switch socket outlet combination, 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 and 15/16 Amp, piano flush type, 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
