Taking down unserviceable motor from site transporting to workshop and back after repair including dismantling of motor & taking out burnt winding and re-winding with enamelled copper wire of same gauge including providing insulation as per existing including re-assembling motor after repair including greasing of bearings, including alignment and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only calcium hypochlorite Granules (65-70%) packing size 45 kg in bucket sealed and stored properly completely packed with Test certoficate and and purchase voucher all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Receiving/recording complaints lodged by the user/occupants of electrification nature, rectification of the fault as per the compaint lodged by the user onward KWH meter in respect of main distribution board, MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring fixture for light/fan /bell /light or power sockets, metal clad plug socket complete repair to the extent by removing connections from the system, removing faults in (surface /concealed), circuits, sunken boxes, Junction boxes, main switches, MCBs / DBs any type of utility light fittings, lamp holders, AC, ceiling fan/ exhaust fan and other connected fixtures of internal electrification including providing stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 2 mtr, insulation tape, screws, nuts required at the site to rectify the fault with regard to complaint lodged and re-fixing the fittings and fixtures to their original position as dismantled complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- charge . Note : (i) Any complaint left out / unattendent by the electrician will be communicated to the JE incharge /AGE E/M with reason. No charge will be paid for the complaint till the complaint is resolved. (ii) New material /stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separetely under relevant items of BOQ. Repair of transformer of 100 KVA capacity copper wounded 1 No, step down 11 KV / 440 Volt to any authorised workshop with the following:- (a)Transportation of transformer copper wound 1 No., step down 11 KV / 440 Volt to any authorised workshop to facilitate the repair work. Transformer to be collected from Sub station at Jandwal at Pathankot and back to same site after carrying out the repair work, complete all as specified. (b) Opening the transformer, draining of oil and taking out core of tranformer by disconnecting the same from HT / LT bush rods, opening of core lamination and taking out all the HT coil of the transformer. (c) Rewinding of damaged HT coils with standard copper enamelled conductor including necessary insulating material such as paper insulating, cotton tape sleeves etc varnishing the complete HT coils including newly wound with 'F' class insulating varnish complete all as specified. (d) Assembling of laminations of core after inserting the newly wound coils with other coils and making connections of entire HT / LT limbs complete. (e) Heating the assembled core in oven to desired temperature and testing the same for required insulation result of transfomer.(f) Assembling of transformer after carrying out the repair work and making all HT / LT connections with respective bush rods. (g) Dehydration of transformer oil (drained from transformer) to get dielectric strength not less than 40 KV in 1st tripping with 5mm electrode gap and filling the same in transformer including any oil required to top up the transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(iv) After completion of contract, contractor shall hand over all " handed over" Window/Split ACs/Water cooler/Refrigerator/Deep Freezer/Desert cooler in perfect running/functioning condition to the department. (vi) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any breakdown and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect day -to -day complaint of any nature / type. (vii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time (within 24 hrs) will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will be deducted from the due payment of contract. (viii) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip" is produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M duly signed by User in Full Name with Rank / Designation and Mobile / Office Telephone No. (ix) Cost of attending day-to-day complaint is included in the rate quoted under this item. No extra payment for attending complaint shall be permissible. (x) Old material obtained from spares replaced under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per credit schedule. (xi) Cost of minor spares i.e. insulation to copper tubes, soldering/brazing, internal wiring to cooling appliances are deemed to be included in the item rate. Items other than mentioned will be measured and paid seperately. Labour required to carryout the maint / repair for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor. (xii) Cost of T&P i.e. ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates

Material and labour for servicing of AC plant any type and any capacity up to 12.5TR including, cleaning/descaling of cooling coil, insulation of suction and discharge line, oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical circuit supply and and replacement of defective filter, relay, capacitor, over load protector etc as required, rewiring and cleaning of condensor coils with Acid/ Scale removal compound for removal of scales deposited in condenser coils using suitable size iron rods/brush/water circulating pump etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Material and labour for replacement of PVC honey comb fins suitable for cooling Tower of any capacity upto 3x12.5 TR complete as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for replacement of water distribution flaps of cooling tower of AC Plant of any capacity upto 3x12.5 TR as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-C

Material and labour in replacement of air filter of AHU as per sample made of suiable filter with efficiency not less then 90% class 1 to 10 micron, matching with existing sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of Cooling tower of any capacity by draining out water from inside, and including descaling of base tank and sprinkler including cleaning of complete assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of base tank of Air cooling plant having blower motor of 15 HP capacity by draining out water from inside and including descaling of tank and water sprinklers including cleaning of complete assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and replace / top up of compressor oil N-68 to AC Plant compressor upto adequate level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/servicing of air handling unit, cleaning of all duct from A.H.U.to supply air grill and cleaning/descaling of cooling coil, water pressure meter, greasing to bearings and taking out the dust and mud complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of LCD display cum operating unit for central AC plant of capacity upto 16.5 TR suitable for starting/stopping, adjustment of temperature, including display of temperature, and fault indications complete matching with existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Material and labour for repair of Geyser Assy of capacity 25 / 35 / 50 Ltr including replacement of Geyser element 1.5 KW as per sample, syphen assy incl gasket and NRV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Geyser Element, Syphen, NRV and Gasket will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing Geyser element 1.5 KW including connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing syphon assy including gasket & NRV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
