SCHEDULE 'A' PART -IA STP Civil works, Electrical & Mechanical Works ( DESIGN AND SUPPLY OF STPs) (TO BE QUOTED BY THE TENDERER)
Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 100% FRP based modular and package type sewage treatment plant, specially designed for underground applications with tertiary treatment as per the details given as under:- (a) The STPs should be capable to treat waste water by using the appropriate design to achieve the treated water parameters as per CPHEEO/NGT standards and as per details given herein. (b) The main treatment plant should be completely underground with certain outdoor parts like Exhaust vents, Blowers, Air Pipes and Manholes, also the Stilling Chambers, Bar Screen Chambers, Oil and Grease Traps (Wherever and whichever feasible with flexibility to keep some of it underground) all such components are required to be available to approach from ground level.
(c) The STPs shall have tertiary capability based on MBBR technology made of Isopthelic Unsaturated Polyester Rasin and certified as Green Product from both CII and IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). The system consist of all Components/ Chambers such as Bar Screen, Solid Separation zone, Sludge Collection and Removal Zone etc in a modular and series concept and sourced from established reputated OEMs of the underground package type STP plant manufacturer (Maintainance services should reach in 4 hours of time period and to be available everyday 24 x 7) as per their design and drawings. Modular composite FRP containerised treatment plants in series and parallel combination are required in accordance with total plant capacity. (d) An outdoor, semi underground collection sump for influent (Minimum 30 KL capacity for 0.3 MLD and 50 KL for 0.5 MLD STP plant) in accordance with the invert level Manhole of suitable capacity to be constructed in RCC just before the under ground package type treatment plant to cater for peak flow in terms of guidelines of CPHEEO manual (The collection sump is to be measured and paid separately under this tender). The liftwell pumps of suitable design and totally automatic to be installed in the collection sump to operate automatically in accordance with water level sensors to handle the average flow rate as well as peak flow of the influent.
(g) The STP shall be designed to treat the influent sewage water and achieve the outlet water parametres as per following details and in accordance with NGT latest norms:- S No Parameter Inlet Outlet Unit 1 pH 6.0 6.5-8.5 mg/l 2 BOD 250 <10 mg/l 3 COD 425 <50 mg/l 4 Oil & grease 15.0 <10 mg/l 5 Nitrate Nitrogen (Total) Upto 50 <10 mg/l 6 TSS Upto 200 <20 mg/l 7 Faecal Coliform per 100ml Nil (h) The system shall have SCADA based capabilities to acquire data and to automate and monitor the opcration of the plant. (j) Online continuous effluent parameter monitoring system to measure and display the BOD, PH, COD, TSS and residual chlorine employed in the system along with data logging capability of upto 10 days data should be shown at operator room on computer screen at an interval of upto one hour. Flow meter of appropriate type and size with digital display and data logging duly connected to central control panel shall be installed in clear water pipe line to measure the outflow. (k) The entire design, scheme, schematic including OEMs drawings and design shall be got approved from CWE office before procurement and commencement of the treatment plant. Any changes, modification, clarification sought by CWE office in fulfillment of the contract conditions shall be met by the contractor without delay and without any financial liability. A period of sixty days shall be accounted for final approval of the design of the system design drgs and components. (l) Contractor should provide testing of treated water every month by NABL lab. (m) Capacity of STP plant to be installed and commissioned is as under:-
(i) Design, supply, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning for 500 KLD (Site availability is 55x15 mtrs including working space) complete as mentioned above in items 1.00 to 1.04
(ii) Design, supply, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning for 300KLD (Site availability is 25x20 mtrs including working space) complete as mentioned above in items 1.00 to 1.04

Construction of Pump House with UG Sump (Treated water collection sump) with RCC Framed Structure with permanent specifications all as shown on drawings and as specified and directed. (For 500KLD - 1 No, 300KLD - 1 No)
Design, engineering construction, testing and commissioning of a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) Wet Well and integrated pump Room, designed in strict accordance with the latest CPHEEO Manual on Sewerage Pumping. The wet well capacity shall be scientifically calculated to handle the specified sewage inflow, ensuring optimal detention time and pump cycle frequency for a split-shift operations to handle the peak flow of approximately 62KL per hr with minimum pump cycle of 10 minutes to operate automotically through level sensors & PLC based motor control panel. The contractor is mandated to conduct a comprehensive site-specific water table analysis to ensure the structure is designed for buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure, incorporating high-grade watertight RCC and robust waterproofing systems (internal and external) to withstand peak monsoon water tables. The pumping system shall comprise three (3) non-clog centrifugal pumps (Two Duty and One Standby) of adequate head and discharge adequate capacity. The scope includes all internal and external piping of size 150/200 mm dia as per the site suitability using flexible DWC/HDPE pipes, complete with RCC thrust blocks at all bends and transitions to mitigate hydraulic surges. Above the wet well, a functional RCC pump room shall be constructed to house the electrical panels and monitoring equipment. This room must feature a sloped RCC roof with specialized heavy-duty waterproofing treatment to ensure total protection against the region’s excessive rainfall. The item is inclusive of all excavation, shoring, dewatering, structural design, supply of all electromechanical components like butterfly / sluice valve as individual and common deliveries, air release valve , guide rails, MS Chain, Mono rail system for maintenance of sewage pumps, cables ,SS micro panels with satr delta starters metering equiptments , copper bus bar of adequate size , level sensors etc for sucessful commissioning of the entire installations.

S&F in replacement of Cable route marker made of pre cast cement concrete block mesonary Type C1 1;3;6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exc 10cm in width and setting in cement concrete mortar 1;6 including embosing DANGER/LT CABLE/ MES on cable route marker and properly painting with approved colour, size of cable route marker 900x300x100mm of CI 100mm dia welded and fitted with MS angle Iron 40 x 40x 6 mm, 45 Cm long. The angle shall be grouted in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mmGraded aggregate) of size 150 x 150 x 150mm. The CI round shall be embossed with the work “MES HT Cables” complete all as specified and as directed.The cable path indicator shall be painded by Brown Colour.
Taking Down Existing LT UG armoured Cable by Manual Excavation without make and physical damage to Cable while excavation including taking Out LT cable covers and HDPE Protection Pipe for Rerouting The old cable all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following size of Cables. Material and labour for RCC Foundation type B-1 M20 graded aggregate of size 0.5m x 0.5m x 1.7m out of which 1500mm shall be below F.G.L(Finished Ground Level) using 04 Nos 10 mm dia steel reinforcement and rings using 8mm dia steel reinforcement alongwith supply and installation of 02 Nos 63mm dia PVC pipe for cable entry and cable exit. 04 Nos 'J' Type foundation bolts shall be anchored in the foundation in such a way that 125mm length of bolt is projected above foundation including curing as required and soil excavation and backfilling all as directed and specified (10 for 300KLD and 10 for 500KLD)
Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 7M Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal Single armed Pole in with top A/F 70mm bottom A/F 130mm made out of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 220x220x12mm including 1500mm long aingle arm bracket made out of 48mm GI pipe M20 in PCD 205mm,700mm long and projected 125mm "J" type EN8 grade set of 04 Nos foundation bolts along with templates including provision of the following :- (a) MCB SO 6 A 'B' Series 10KA Mounted on and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet-01 No (b) 04 way connector with GI nut bolts with locking arrangement weather and water proof control space. (c) The concrete for foundation,Reinforced and form work will measured and paid seperately (d) The excavation and earth work for foundation of pole shall be measured and paid seperately. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Motor control panel indoor type totally enclosed with front and rear opening hinged doors with canopy sloped top projected and raised platform of suitable sizes weather dust vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet with gauge SS316, factory made as approved colour, aluminum bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT, AC, 50Hz, 433 volts, 300 Amps capacity RYBN insulated with sleeved insulation,indicating lamp RYB, complete internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including cable glands and lugs for incoming and out going cables as per required sizes, PCC platform made out of 1:2:4 type B1 and pedestal of 30 cm height from GL with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc., all as specified and directed for suitable to accomodate the following items including supply and fix following items and all as specified and directed by dismantling exisiting unserviceable LT panel complete with LT panel made by CPRI approved manufacturer. (For 300KLD Main STP).

M&L for providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glassbeads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

(x) Cost of replacement of filter media, activated carbon and ultra filtration membrane as and when required or as per manufacturers recommendations is inclusive of rate quoted for AMC. (xi) The dry sludge sewage cakes shall be removed from site by contractor. (xii) Defective material produced after repairs/ replacement of item if any will be departments property and same will be deposited to E/M store yard at contractor's own arrangement.
