Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture Note : Unit of measurement is considered EACH which is equal to p er cm height per letter.

Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of enamel paint by spray painting on bus duc ts, transformers/motors/ or any other metallic surface with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Approved quality/APCOLIT E ASIAN synthetic enamel paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of the Engineer-inCharge.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of astronomical time switch (Electronic Timer) for single phase supply with 1 output per phase

Supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of weather proof 6 way junction box of approved make for providing cable t ermination & including connection and termination of earthing wire and conduits, including supply & installation of cable glands & p lugs for sealing all spare entries etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer, including the c ost of all labour, tools, consumable materials etc. complete in all respect.

Automatic AC ammeter (Automatic Electric make or approved equivalent) 96 mm x 96 mm square type block backalite case/flush mounting/ moving iron/spring controlled suppressed scale, CT operated AC ammeter/range 0-300- 1800 A, CT ratio 300/IA/accuracy +/-2.5%.

Supplying, fabricating, errecting,placing & fixing in position MS structural works of Hot dip galvanised as per IS: 2629 & tested as per IS: 2633 7 IS: 6745) of approved make with quntity of zinc coating not be less than 9 N/mw of surface area (0.12 mm uniform thi ckness) type using built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channe ls, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, th reading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to EIC for approval before start of fabrication,complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools tackles etc. as per drawings, specif ications, & direction of EIC. (excluding cost of concrete work).

Replacement of trailing cable for 20 mtr "Unit 'EA' represents replacement of complete trailing cable for 1 no.of 20 mtr high mast as per scope of work. Total length of trailing cable to be replaced.The job includes: 1. Safely bringing down from position & re-installation after job. 2.removal of old damaged cable. 3. installation of new cable. 4. testing for up & down position. 5. Complete installation of new trailing cable assembly includingconnection/testing with DB. 6.Any other work not mentioned above but required for replacement of trailing cable. All material -terminals, clamps, nuts& bolts, fixing arrangement etc,all labour and material required for the work will be provided bycontractor, except supply of trailing cable and provision of crane.Crane/hydra, sling, operator etc required for job will be arra nged bycontractor"

Supply of TRAILING CABLE, 5C X 4 SQMM"Unit 'M' represents supply of Trailing cable per meter for high mast as per scope of work Sp ecification of trailing cable:-Conductor : Copper, 5 core x 4 sq mm Insulation : EPR IE-2 insulated Cotton thread Braided & Overall FR PCP Outer Sheathed cable.

Providing wheel mounted crane of capacity min. 45 T with qualified operator, assistant, fuel, lube, counter weight, marching charge s, sling, belt, etc. as required for the job as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM is EA which is for 08 working hours without the marching period.

Carrying out dismantling & re-erection of High Mast including but not limited to the following: 1. Providing atleast 04 qualified rigger for dismantling of High Mast from its base & re-installation of the same on the base. 2. Collecting all the required spares from IOCL store to site. 3. Providing necessary consumables like grease, foundation nut, bolt, washer, cotton waste etc.

Providing Hydra (14 Ton min.) with qualified operator, assistant, fuel, lube, sling, belt etc. as required for the job.

Supply and installation of 1.1KW/1.5HP 3 phase motor for 30mtr/20mtr high mast as per the direction of EiC.

Supply & installation of HM double drum winch Unit 'EA' represents supply and installation on HM winch one of 20/30 meter High mast . Including Supply and Replacement of HM winch (for Bajaj, Surya Roshni,Edison, Utkarsh & other reputed make) 1. Safely bringing down from position & re-installation after job. 2. Dismantling of lantern carriage, wire rope & trailing cable (if required) and removal of old winch. 3. installation of new winch. 4. Rolling of wire rope on the winch. 5. Installation of trailing cable 6. Load test of winch with rope using OEM approved weight in presence of IOCL representative 7. Any other work not mentioned above but required for replacement ofrope.All material -clamps, nuts & bolts, fixing arrangement etc, all labourand material required for the work will be provided by contractor,provision of crane. Crane/hydra, sling, operator etc required for job will be a rranged by contractor

Supply of Over Load Relay (GE CL04A310M or eqv.) as per the direction of EiC.

Carrying out wire rope testing at any NABL acrediated or Govt. Lab as per latest Is Std. including making & collecting samples from HM, transportation of the same to lab, collection of report & all other required works to execute the testing in toto as per the dir ection of EiC.

Supply of Feed Through type power terminals of rating:800 V /24 A/ 2.5 MM2/ 0.5 Nm & type CSTM 2.5 make elmex or eqv. as per the di rection of EiC. Note: UoM EA equivalent to 50 No. of connectors.

Supply of Feed Through type power terminals of rating:800 V /32 A/ 4 MM2/ 0.5 Nm & type CST 2.5 make elmex or eqv. as per the direc tion of EiC. Note: UoM EA equivalent to 50 No. of connectors.

Supply of connetion chain between Winch & Motor for High Mast as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of Lube Oil (SAE 140/90) as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of Aluminum Lugs of size 25-35 Sq.mm & of Ring type. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM is EA which is equivalent to 50 No. of Lugs.

Supply of Copper Lugs of size 4 Sq.mm & of U/Pin type. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM is EA which is equivalent to 50 No. of Lugs.

Supply of Copper Lugs of size 10 Sq.mm & of Pin type. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM is EA which is equivalent to 50 No. of Lugs.

Supply of Copper Lugs of size 10 Sq.mm & of Ring type. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM is EA which is equivalent to 50 No. of Lugs.

Supply of Nuts, Bolts & Double Washers as required for High Mast Maint. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA is equivalent to 100 Nut, Bolt & Double Washer set.

Supply of grease as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of PVC tapes as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA is equivalent to 10 No's of PVC Tape rolls

Supply of Silicon Sealant as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA is 01 packet of 280 ml

Supply of CRC as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA is 01 packet of 500 ml

Supply of PG-11 gland as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA is 50 No's of glands.

Supply of bearing for winches as per the direction of EiC.

Supply, installation, connection and testing of following 350W floodlight luminaries of Crompton/Philips/Bajaj/Surya Roshni/approve d equivalent, COB type at 230V AC operating voltage with ONLY >140Lumen/Watt efficiency, view angle 120deg, color temperature of 56 65 +/-355 K, CRI should include all colour range from R1 to R15 withLM-80/IS16105 test report for ambient 55/85/105degC, at least 5 years warranty from date of supply

Supply of Push Buttons for control panel as per requirment as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of WP IP 66 Junction Box (Dimension L X B X H :300 x 150 x 170 mm) with minimum of 18 holes for cables of sixe (5 C X 4 Sq. m m & 3 C X 2.5 Sq.mm) with din rails, din rail mounting, nuts, bults, etc. as required & with necessary glands & plugs, nuts for in stallation as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of Din channels as per the requirement & as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of carbolic acid as per the direction of EiC

Supply of petroleum jelly as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of GI cable tray of size 150 mm x 50 mm x 2 mm as per the direction of EiC.

Supply of Bus-Bar type power terminals of rating: 1000 V /100 A/ 6-35 Sq. MM/ 2.5 Nm & type CBT 100 make elmex or eqv. as per the direction of EiC. Note: UoM EA equivalent to 10 No. of connectors.
