Supply of Exterior Grade Primer. Competable for Exterior Grade Paint [for External surfaces]. Primer shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Nerloc / Duluxe make / Berger make & confirming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition. Primer shall be supplied [quantity] as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site, Kaiga etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Interior Grade Primer. Competable for Interior Grade Paint [for Internal surfaces]. Primer shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Nerloc / Duluxe make / Berger make & confirming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition. Primer shall be supplied [quantity] as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site, Kaiga etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Aluminium Paint for Metalic Surfaces, Asian Paints (Three Mangoes)/ Berger make (Super Aluminium)/ ICI Dulux (Super Synthetic)/ Equivalent. Paint shall be supplied in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters (maximum) etc. and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site etc. Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of Superior Quality Acrylic Putty, (Birla White Make Wall Care Putty/ ICI Dulux Make wall putty/ Asian Paints Make Wall care putty)/ Equivalent. Putty powder shall be supplied in sealed & water tight container/bags of 25.00 Kgs (maximum) including stacking in NPCIL Store etc. complete, all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of Floor Gurard water based Paint suitable for outdoor floor surfaces application like cement concrete floors , paver block pavements etc, of Asian Paints (Apex Floor gaurd)/ Berger make / ICI Dulux Equivalent . Paint shall be supplied in approved shade as per job requirement in sealed & water tight containers 20 lit.[Maximum] etc. including stacking in sectional store at Kaiga Site, Kaiga etc complete, all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of Red -Oxide Primer Primer shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Nerloc / Duluxe make / Berger make & confirming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition. Primer shall be supplied [quantity] as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site, Kaiga etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Epoxy Thinner Thinner shall be competable for Epoxy Paint [specified at item no.: 9], shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Nerloc / Duluxe make / Berger make [such as Epilux - 844] & confirming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition. Thinner shall be supplied [quantity] as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site, Kaiga etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of General Purpose Thinner Thinner shall be competable for Enamel Paint [specified at item no.: 5], shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Nerloc / Duluxe make / Berger make / NC & confirming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition. Thinner shall be supplied [quantity] as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga site, Kaiga etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking Delivery, Exterior Grade Primer from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer Over Painted [old] external Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressured Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, providing & filling crack sealing compound of reputed make [wherever required], collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: Taking delivery vide Item No.: 1 for Exterior Grade Primer. Note:Only Exterior grade primer or Exterior grade Acrylicc emulsion paint or Acrylic Putty shall be provided by NPCIL,Other consumables like Painting brush, Putty blades, Different Kind of Painting rollers, sand paper etc, shall be arranged by Contractor itself.

Taking Delivery, Acrylic Washable Distemper & Acrylic Wall care Putty from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying One Coat of Acrylic Washable Distemper [entire surface] & Acrylic wall care putty [wherever required] Over Painted [old] internal Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: 1) Taking delivery vide Item No.: 8 for Acrylic Washable Distemper and taking delivery vide Item No.: 7 for acrylic wall care putty. 2) Only acrylic washable distemper or Acrylic Puttyshall be provided by NPCIL,Other consumables like Painting brush, Putty blades, Different Kind of Painting rollers,sand paper etc, shall be arranged by Contractor.

Taking Delivery, Red-Oxide Primer from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying One Coat of Red-Oxide Primer [entire surface] and providing & applying Metal putty [wherever required] Over Painted [old] Surfaces of MS steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: 1) Taking delivery vide Item No.: 11 for Red-Oxide primer. 2) Only red oxide primer shall be provided by NPCIL,Other consumables like Painting brush, Putty blades, Different Kind of Painting rollers,sand paper etc, shall be arranged by Contractor.

Taking Delivery, Synthetic Enamel Paint or Aluminium Paint from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint or and Aluminium Paint [entire surface] and providing & applying Metal putty for metal surface & Wooden putty for wooden surface[wherever required] Over Painted [old] Surfaces of MS steel surfaces / Chain Link Fence / wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: 1) Taking delivery vide Item No.: 7 for Acrylic Wall Care Putty. 2) Only Acrylic Putty shall be provided by NPCIL,Other consumables like Paint brush,Putty blades,Different Kind of Paint rollers,sand paper etc, shall be arranged by Contractor.

Taking Delivery, High Build Epoxy Paint [Self Priming] / High Build Anticorrosive Coating [self priming] & Thinner from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying One Coat of High Build Epoxy Paint / High Build Anticorrosive Paint [entire surface] and providing & applying Epoxy Putty [wherever required] Over Painted [old] Surfaces of plastered / concrete including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, hand grinding, scarifying etc. providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: Taking delivery vide Item No.: 9 for High Build Epoxy Paint [Self Priming] / High Build Anticorrosive Coating [self priming] and taking delivery vide item no.: 12 for epoxy thinner. Note: Taking delivery vide Item No.: 9 for High Build Epoxy Paint [Self Priming] / High Build Anticorrosive Coating [self priming] and taking delivery vide item no.: 12 for epoxy thinner. Note:Only High Build epoxy shall be provided by NPCIL,Other consumables like Paint brush, Putty blades, Different Kind of Paint rollers, sand paper etc, shall be arranged by Contractor.

Providing and laying Internal & External Cement Plaster, of 10 [minimum] to 15 mm. [maximum] thick [as per site rquirement] in CM 1:4 to the masonry & concrete surfaces [new / old, repair / rectification / modification works including chipping] etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the adjoining concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints, removal of damaged / loose plaster & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing staging / plaform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / heights.

Providing and applying Coal Tar Epoxy Paint High Build Anticorrosive Coating & Thinner applying Two Coats [Entire surface 80-90 micron each coat] and providing & applying Epoxy Putty [wherever required] Over Painted [old] Surfaces of plastered / concrete including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, hand grinding, scarifying etc. providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note; a) Surface preparation: The existing surface shall be scrubbed with mechanical orbit sander/vaccum assisted scarifying machine, manually by using wire brush, chiesel, chemicals to remove laitance dust, loose particles, oil stains and old paint layers etc.wherever required and found loose surface) b) Filling of construction joints/floor dents : All the construction joints and floor depressions shall be opened to their full depth and cleaned properly and shall be filled with epoxy mortar to required shape and slope( Filling of Epoxy mortar is Only wherever old surface removed and found essential ).c) Materials shall meet the ASTM standard regards to flexure strength, tensile strength, adhesion test, hardness test, compressive strength, bond, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, bond strength, scratch resistance, water absorption, density, hardness.(Material Test report shall be submited before application of coating).

Providing and applying High Build Epoxy Paint [Self Priming] / High Build Anticorrosive Coating [self priming] & Thinner from sectional store at Kaiga site; Kaiga and applying Two Coat of High Build Epoxy Paint / High Build Anticorrosive Paint [entire surface 75 micron each coat] and providing & applying Epoxy Putty [wherever required] Over Painted [old] Surfaces of plastered / concrete including preparation of surfaces by sand papering, hand grinding, scarifying etc. providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing [near by dust bin] the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Attending maintenance works of all painting nature by engaging skilled painter to paint walls, structural steel frames and steel/ wooden shutters of doors, windows, shelves, cupboards, ventilators, rolling shutters, structural steel grills, gates, ladders, zebra markings and all kind of structural steel and wooden members and weld mesh panels etc.,. Wherever required and directed in all main plant buildings/infrastructure buildings at Kaiga etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all heights /lifts and at all locations. Note : One operation means engaging one (1) skilled painter for 8 hours.

Providing and supplying consumables, tools and tackles of good quality, approved make as per Annexure-1 given in Additional special condition of contractr which are required for day to day activities for painting job under the scope of the item No. 30 only. The consumables, tools and tackles shall be procured and deposited in the engineers store.
