Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix dark shade double charge vitrified tiles coloured superior quality 600mm x 1200mm x 8 to 10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 and all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick hollow PVC panels for ceiling with EPS stuck to 0.60mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed including false ceiling grid made of GI with parameter of wall support channel size of 25 mm, inner centre frame support channel size 50mm and section for panel support channel size 75mm as per specification complete all as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 6 mm thick PVC Wall Lining of hollow section consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 1 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing PVC Panel with Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' brick work with of straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except bricks complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,in CM(1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) over a coat of primer including 1mm thick wall care putty, white or tinted on new surfaces of walls including prepration of surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M&L for complete removal of existing surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat), over a coat of primer including 1 mm thick wall care putty white or tinted including prepration of old surfaces of wall and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Demolition of RCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of beams lintels etc finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, lintels over 1.5 m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)

M&L for powder coated aluminium door shutters without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m(min) including hydraulic door spring and necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading,screws suitable powder coated fittings such as, hinges, handles, including powder coated aluminium frame with one or more rebates including 5 to 6 mm thick black glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium windows sliding type (3 shutter type), window outer sections wt. 0.55 Kg/mtr (minimum) and window shutter section wt. 0.30 Kg/mtr (minimum) incl stainless steel mosquito proofing wire mesh fixed with , clips, frame , necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws fittings such as hinges, handles including powder coated aluminium frame, with one or more rebates including fixing of 4.00 mm thick plain glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors and frames/ chowkats; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level

Material & labour red stone not less than 15mm in thickness in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully any type of battens or conduit point wiring with or except conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendent light fittings, MCBs / isolators, fan regulators, tube light fittings etc removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces area.

Taking down unsv distribution board of any type / size complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out old unsv LT cable any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core multi-stranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into concealed conduit metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e, modular switch / sockets incl cover plate with frame and glossy surface sheet top cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for One light point / bell point controlled by one, one way one module modular switch 05 / 06 Amps all as specified and directed..

S&F (in repair) for sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, four single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, AC, 240 volts of 06 to 40 Amps, B curve, 10 kA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MCB SPN, AC, 240 volts of 40 to 63 Amps, B curve, 10 kA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including 20 Amps MCB, single pole, AC 240 volts and flush to wall including all cuttings & chases etc on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match with existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrided 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts nuts chek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire protected by and including 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade pipe for protection and 20 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earth work as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type c1, pre cast RCC 1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm CC both way and 2 No, lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortor (1:4), funnel wire nesh, char-coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing etc complete all as specifide in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-1 all as specified and directed.
