M & L for Repairs to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good around by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal)using power roller 8-12 tonne capacity and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10 sqmusing paving bitumen grade VG -30 on top surface all as specified and as directed

M & L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 4kg per 10 sqmusing paving bitumen grade VG -30 on black top surface all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix, and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achieve the required compactness , to required camber & gradient complete including cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 2.5mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe , heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labours T & P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge and strictly in accordance to applicable specifications

M&L preparing old painted brick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint(Ordinary tint) all as specified and directed

S& F in repair cat eye size 100x90x18mm of poly carbonate lens working exclusively on micro prismatic lens type technology to be fixed epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make 3M/RSG.RS-3M-2

M &L in repairs for sparkle solar road studs with body made of aluminium dia cast matt finished with anti twist ribs on the bottom anchor of size appox 125mmx90mm and solar battery of 12 v wth automatic dusk to dawn solar suit all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down existing cat eye of any description and refixing in position after paving complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in repair road delineator of 50mm dia MS pipe polythene painted and height of 775mm with a final performance reflector of dia 10mm and 3 Nos of high intensity reflective hand Make: Dark Eye / 3M / Heripa

S & F in repair traffic signage's caution / mandatory signage HIG retro reflective sheet pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium of 600 mm dia / triangular with of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle. 1.8m above the GL (Note : MS angle shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith painting to steel surfaces incl preparation of surfaces applying red oxide primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollows watering, leveling etc., complete using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity.

M & L for Soling 200mm spread thickness with brokenboulders or quarried stone interstices filled,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as specified and directed

M&L for Water bound macadam (WBM) 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 7.5 cm thick each layer with coarse granite aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) each layer spread separately, rolled and consolidated using 8 to 12 tonne capacity

M& L for Applying evenly priming coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sq m using paving bitumen.

Premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidate thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen of any penetration as binder 4% by weight of total mix.
