Fabrication and Supply of Star Delta Starter Panel, cubical type, of suitable size, made out of 16 SWG sheet, complete with painted, having 125 Amp TP MCCB as incomer, 3 nos. of 70 Amp 3 Pole contactors with Auxiliary Contacts, Overload Relay of range 37.6 to 60 Amp or similar range, Single Phase Preventor with LED Indication with protections against- Phase reversal, Single Phasing, having Ammeter, having Voltmeter with Selector Switch, Timer for Star to Delta, On-off Trip indicators, R/Y/B Phase indicators, On/Off push buttons, complete with connections as required, properly laid down wires, bunched with cable ties with ferrules & all the material fitted in the Starter Panel. Make for switchgears- LK (L&T) / Schneider/ BCH

Charges for transportation of the starters up to the site includinglabour, lifting charges, loading and unloading charges and other charges.

Fabrication and supply of base frame made out of angle iron of suitable size for fixing the above starters and suitable for making outgoing /incoming cable entries in the starter panels. It should be duly painted and ready with provisions for installing at the site.

Fixing / Installation of the above Starters along with their base frames at site with carrying out all the required works with providing material / consumables as per site requirements.

Supply of 35 sq mm 3 core AluminiumArmoured Cable. Make: Finolex/Havells/ Grandlay

Making the connections between the panel and the incoming side of starters through above new AluminiumArmoured cables after cuttign the cable in required lengths and laying of cables as per site requirement, with proper thimbling and other required works including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.

Supply of 25 sq mm 3 core AluminiumArmoured Cable. Make:Finolex/Havells/ Grandlay

Making the connections between the outgoing side of starter and motor through above new AluminiumArmoured cables after cutting the cable in required lengths and laying of cables as per site requirement, with proper thimbling and other required works including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.

Testing and commissioning the starter first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and Operations as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
