INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing of energy efficient LED bulb, B22, 9 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia, bent to shape, 1.5 mtr long, clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32x6mm with nuts & bolts, washers complete including drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door VTPN 4 Way MS sheet having provision of MCCB as incomer and MCB TPN/SPN/SP as outgoing and 200 Amps copper bus bar including fixing in the wall,cutting chases grounting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing shade including making connections all as directed . Note:- MCCB , MCB TPN/SPN/SP will be measured and paid separately. (i) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip and thimble of suitable size all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, 0.5 to 5 Amp, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' series all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing of 15mm bore bip taps fancy type long body, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm CP water jet for EWC with screwed both ends with all fitting and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC connections 15mm size with brass nuts of length 450mm long with screwed both ends with all fittings and fixed complete all as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Construction of RCC septic tank for 100 users complete all as specified & as shown on drawings.

Construction of soakage well of size 3.0m dia x 4.5m effective depth complete all as specified & as shown on drawings

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Supply and fixing GI steel expanded metal of size 25x25mm cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire galvanised, steel staples and fixed to wood or steel members, weight not exceeding 4 Kilogram per square metre complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Blind) 150mm bore dia incl Plug Cap and all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Slotted) 150mm bore dia incl bail plug and all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling 3mm to 5mm pea gravel in harvesting pit complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & fixing of junction box factory made weather proof size 250mmx200mmx100mm made of 16 gaugesteel sheet powder coated including 25mmx6mm aluminium TPN bus bars & 01 MCB 2.5 Amps complete all as specifed & directred.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing MS reducer bail plug well cap MS strip for centering MS iron clamps electric logging and sample strata box complete all as specified and directed.

Trial Bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 metre depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Trial Bore of 200 mm dia exceeding 200 metre depth below ground level and upto 400 metre in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Boring/Drilling of suitable dia for lowering 150 mm dia MS pipe by any suitable method (by DTH-cum-rotary or reverse rig method) to depth below ground level in any type of strata/soil/rock with sand or loose boulder including disposal of materials obtained (soil, rock, etc) from boring to distance not exceeding 50 metre with & including deploying required rig, machinery, T & P equipments, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Development of bore wells including flushing out tree roots, site, fine sand by air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 450 CFM at 150 PSI &cover pumping (25% extra capacity pump) to make water free from turbidity till clear weather is obtained from the bore wells completeall as specified and directed (Pumping for minimum 16 hours in two stage of continuous 8 hours with an interval of 01 hour after first 8 hour) The upper limit for duration of development shell be the time technically required to give results of development as per ISS. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of increase in numbers of pumping hours actually required at site in excess of minimum period as above complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for yield testing after completion of tube well by continuous pumping for 16 Hrs to determine safe pumping Yeild complete all as specified and directed with the following :- (a) Collection of water samples from bore well and getting them tested chemical and bacteriological analysis from recognized institution approved by Govt Lab. (b) Test on quality of water for drinking purposes. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Submersible pump and motor, water lubricated electric driven 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply, upto 60 mtr head and discharge 375 LPM (Approx) suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well of suitable upto 10 WHP (Casing pipe size 200/250 mm) lowering,commissioning and testing complete inclusive of 150 mtr long submersible cable & starter etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of decrin dosing pump Model No 96NGQ51, high pressure single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump with all accessories, consisting of ALTOCH DOSING SYSTEM (Model-ADS -1) 40-100 ltr PE/FRP tank with lead & level gauge with agitator (920 rmp) with shaft & blade in SS 316 (FRP/Epoxy coated)/Plastic-mounted on tank. Lid will have port hole or pouring Altoch and water when necessary. Lid will have provision for mounting decrin dosing pump on the Lid/wall. Electric motor single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified ad directed.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm bore MS pipes (ERW) steel conforming to relevant IS wall thickness of pipe 5.4mm as per IS 3589 (1981), each length of pipe 3 meters, both ends threaded with & including one long socket duly welded, supply, lowering ,fixing, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 200 mm bore (NB) MS pipes (ERW) steel of standard length conforming to relevant IS wall thickness of pipe 5.4mm, supply lowering, fixing, welding at joint commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 200 mm bore MS pipes (ERW) (slotted) steel conforming to relevant IS wall thickness of pipe not less than 5.4mm as per IS3589 (1981), each length of pipe 3 meters, both ends threaded with & including one long socket duly welded, supply, lowering ,fixing, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron body air release valve (ISI marked) one air outlets of 50 mm dia bore size and fixing up in a DI water supply mains, through ‘tee’ having flanged end joints with & including necessary rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washer etc. commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 1000mmx600mmx100mm made out of wrought shisham wood 20 mm with hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with sample at various depth met in boring including strata chart in duplicate complete all as specified and directed.
