M&L Hardcore of guage n. exc 63mm, of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thcik, watered and rammed to a true surface but except material all as specified and directed.

S & F MS rolled section as in main and jack rafters; purlins, girder, ball bearing dia not less then 200mm, circular wheel dia not less then 600mm where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/colume/ staircase/ladder/anchor bolte for colums/base plates/gussate plates,plates,high strength friction grip nut bolts grade 10.9s length as per drected,grill grittings etc including cutting welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches any type strata of soil of not exc 1.5m wide, not exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 10 sqm on plan including demolition and breaking up existing pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in 1:4 cement mortar including returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well rammed in layers not exec 25cm and removing excavated materials out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC pipes class NP3 900mm dia grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed with bends and taper bends any size, including loading and unloading in trenches complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry/PCC blocks built in cement mortar including excavation for widening of drain removing the material out side of MOD land depth all as specified and directed by Eng-in - Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed
