Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) is used for Providing, cement concrete in roof in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, watertroughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement plaster 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:3 finishing surface even and smooth including mixing with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including removing existing membrane, cleaning of surfaces and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) on primed surfaces by forced applications including two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/ stone work or concrete surface work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-above but 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ stone work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for newly plasterered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of newly plastered wall surface and & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old 20 mm dia pipe and connection including cleaning for re fixing stacking at site complete all as specified and directed..

(Note for item Nos 9 & 10) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Shade / pattern / Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before procurement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 75/100mm bore drain pipes, salt glazed stone ware set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of drain pipes and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed.
