HIGH SECURITY WALL & GATE:- S & F Galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 610mm dia (in stretched position) with number of circles 80 Nos of 200 clips with weight 7.5 to 8 kg/Coil and recommended average coverage is 6.00 RM per coil, hot dip galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anticorrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire with angle iron. The concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points wherever coil touchers the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG), complete all as specified.

Providing and Fixing INDIAN COAST GUARD LOGO ,600X600 in Brass sheet of thickness 2mm with logo engraved over it,matching to colour design fonts as drawings, screwed /welded to gate at loaction as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel roller wheel 75mm dia welded to FI 50x6th 300mm Long made to shape complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:- Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in vertical position, Hot Dip Galvanised Octagonal Pole with finishing as per BS EN ISO 1461 of height 8 Mtrs with Foundation Type Base Plate & Foundation Bolts (Dimensions for pole as Top Diameter 70 mm, Bottom Diameter 130 mm, Section Length- 8000 mm, Thickness-3 mm, Foundation Type Base Plate (200X200X16 mm), Foundation Bolts (M24 X 600 MM-4Nos), with single type arm bracket 1000 mm long with suitable size pipe to fit on pole with bolts 300 mm long ,3mm thick and welded at top, suitable for LED street light fitting with following Specification/parameters:- (a) The pole shaft shall be made from sheet steel confirming to BSEN 10025.The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. All octagonal pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness (as per IS 2062) with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. This base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e.from inside and outside. (a) The octagonal Poles shall have door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. Bakelite sheet with one 6A SP MCB and 16 sqmm stud type connector (4 nos) inside the pole at door opening for cable connection. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. There shall also be suitable arrangement for the purpose of earthing. The pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section (c) Octagonal Poles -Steel Grade BSEN 10025 - S355J0 or Equivalent Base Plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 226/IS 2062 (d) The Octagonal Poles shall be in single section. There shall not be any circumferential weld joint. (e) Foundation bolt J-type -600 mm long and 20 mm dia with 3 Nos Nuts and 1 No plain Washer -Qty 04 Nos (Cost include in the quotated rates) Note:- Necessary excavation and earthwork, returning filling, PCC/RCC foundation, LED lights will be measured and paid separately.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- Supply & fixing 15mm dia Two way bib taps (Fancy type),cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron/CPVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing wall mixer Jaguar make (CQT-CHR 23273G) equivalent with provision for over head shower with 115mm long bend pipe on upper side, connecting legs, wall flenges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mdoular blank plate module 1 complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:- S & F on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavating in any type soil, PCC 1:3:6 below foundation. Vent shaft, connection etc complete for effective depth of 1.5m and overall depth of 4 m for 05 user complete all as specified and as directed.
