S/Errection of 11 KV section/dead end double pole structure made of 11 Mtr. long SP-55 types of supports duly grouted. Plinthed plastered and painted in the same manner as already specified for respective supports with one nos. channels of size 100x50mm and 75x40mm M.S. channel and 2 Nos. bracing of angle iron size 65x65x6mm 3M length fixed with packing piece and bolt and nuts as required including cost of material, labour and T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.

Making suitable earth of H.T. overhead line pole with 2.5 Mts. long 20mm M.S rod connected with 7/16 SWG G.S. wire duly clamped & binded on pole including the cost of materials, labour and T & P required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.

Supply & erection of stay set at 3.5 Meters away from the pole complete with galvanized 19 mm dia x 1.80 Metres long stay rod, 30 cm x 30 x 6.3 mm anchor plate, thimble stay clamps, stay insulator, 19mm 600 mm double screw tightener, 7/3.5 mm G.I. Stay wire etc. in 1:3:6 cement concrete complete in all respect. As per PWD SOR-2018 S.I. No. 631

S/F of danger board (L.T.) size 200x250mm at suitable height of pole as per direction of E/I

S/F of barbed wire (1.5kg) duly clamped with 20x3mm M.S. flats at both ends on steel poles at suitable height as per direction of E/I.

Supply/laying of 240 Sqmm 3 Core high conductivity aluminum strand compacted circular conductor XLP (E) armoured 11KV cable neutral earthed system confirming to IS 7098-Part-II(1985) with latest amendment at a depth of 1 Mtr. Below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand around and protect with brick on sides and top of cable shall be properly connecting with the earth conductor by clamps etc. with the cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

S/F and jointing of out door termination type 11 KV jointing kit (Raychem) for 11 KV cable including cost of material, Labour and T & P for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.

S/F of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe "B" class for cable clamped with supports by 3 Nos. clamps made of 20x3mm M.S. flat and suitable size of nut bolt and washer required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. .
